Good system - terrible app setup
I just installed my fourth Lennox high end system. This one came with the S40 thermostat. All 3 of my prior systems used the S30 thermostat. Interface is a bit different and you need to use a different app to control it. So now I need to have two apps for the same Lennox account. Really???? Which genius thought this one up. This is clear sign that they are not investing in the customer experience adequately. Very clunky.

New Smart Thermostat with sensor and extender
If the remote sensor is located in a room where the door is closed to that room the thermostat does not operate correctly
( the new thermostat and sensor can only operate together if the door to the room is open )
Case in point if the door to the room is closed at night that room temperature is about 7 degrees colder than the rest of the house
However when the door is left open first thing in the morning the temperature recovers

Huge Upgrade & Great UI
Tremendous upgrade from the S30 iComfort app. The recent bug fixes have been positive. I do like the increased visibility of the system information and the way visuals were incorporated into the app. Frankly, the S40’s capabilities are well translated into this app. Way to go Lennox. Thank you for delivering on what you promised in the ultimate system package.

Great system but awful app
This app needs a lot of work with getting it to open and display the info. It hardly ever works!
