Shows fake rating

Almost all restaurants are rated 4.5+ when searching. After placing the order, the app shows you the actual store rating which in many times for me was 3 stars or less.

Order missing

My order didn’t come complete the driver said he will go to the restaurant and never came back I called the app they said they couldn’t do anything about it. The food that I received was dry and came after more than an hour

Would not recommend, never using again

Second time it happens with me
First time i ordered, the restaurant cancelled my ordered, did not recieve a notification that it got cancelled waited for long to find nothing is coming to me, did not get refunded
This time i waited 2 hours and after i called they said it is out of delivery bounds, didn’t get refunded, and they accused me that im lying and i took the order.
This app is a scam i dont think it will ever last!

Please add PACI Number to the address field and let your drivers use KuwaitFinder maps to precisely deliver orders without all these calls and sharing WhatsApp locations which they keep on their phones and are a privacy risk.
