Order cancelled
So i ordered an order from macdonalds snd i was very hungry then suddenly it got cancelled. im very disappointed

Failed application
The customer service is just❌so bad.. my order took more than 2hrs!! N it is still pending. Not everything "free delivery" what abt the service???🤔
Lier costumer service.
Held my order for more than 3 hours without processing it even though the payment was deducted from my card & when i called they say it was an issues from the bank side afterwards they discovered that the issue from their side and refused to cancel the order and said they will compensate me for the huge delay “ blatant lie “ . They never did after all the frustration they caused .

Cari is so good
I love the app. cari I’ve tried 3-5 stores to find the shop I wanted, and cari had it but I didn’t know, you can even schedule the time you want the order to come and everything it’s a really good app it has no scams and I recommend it

No body care of our complaints and if I called to say any problems about food quality and missing items no one care from call center bad customer service
Desired features
The app is great! The offers are amazing! There are just 3 things I would like to be added.
1- Only on Cari section

After the last the last update apple pay option is no longer showing. And there is still no live order tracking
