Need to have a section for partial payment.

I give it 1 should be negative one. I’ve been trying over a month to get a response from a human. Via text message, email or phone. I have all the money and have been trying to make my house payment for my Venmo account. Unable to. I have opened a new checking account. Just so I could transfer money from Venmo to that checking account so I could pay you people. Because I can’t get anybody to talk to me to tell me how to get you guys paid from my Venmo

Shellpoint app
Appreciate being able to make a payment with only a few clicks and not having to insert account numbers each time
Accountability
Your app. would better serve the customer if it was up to date and accurate.
Better off using the website
App is terribly slow loading to see payment history, make payments, view statements/details. Just this last weekend I got a notification of someone else’s loan payment - it showed the other persons address and payment info. If it’s not ready for consumer use it should not be released.

My mortgage was moved to Shellpoint. I see the negative reviews so wanted to add something positive. So far so good. Easy to make payments on line. And once I figured it out it is easy to change accounts for payment purposes.
App doesn’t work at all
The app can’t pull up the keyboard on my iPhone. Meaning I can’t do anything including login. It’s completely useless. As is the newrez sister app. Complete garbage. Apple should remove them both from the App Store until their dev team can fix it.

So this Loan Servicing app is pretty good surprise I haven’t had any problems with it, but I’ve only been with it for one month now .I used to make my payments to SSL, which supposedly is the exact same company as Shellpoint. They just change their name who knows why but when you go into payment history, none of my past payment show - now you would think that if it’s the same company, but they change their name, they would be able to have merged those records so it makes me think that maybe there’s something like … I don’t know maybe a bankruptcy and so they had to change their name to continue doing business with the same clients, I don’t really know??? Interesting 🤔
