Please allow principal only payments to be put in a queue while the main payment is being processed. It’s almost like they don’t trust you making the main mortgage payment and a principle only payment is blocked for days. It doesn’t have to be this way, other mortgage servicing companies are more flexible.
In addition, more of the main website functions could be brought over to the app.
The app is stable, no apparent bugs and has worked fine minus the built in limitations of when extra payments can be made.
