  • Excellent, quick and effective and more secure than ever

    Getting this app on IoS has made my life much easier when it comes to paying mortgages. I can schedule payments in less than 15 seconds, whereas, in the past, it would take 15-20 minutes on my laptop to log in, go through all the clicks and security questions. Keep it up!

  • Bogus review stars

    There is no way this app has a 4.8 star rating that’s crazy 95% of the reviews are people with lots of issues. I hate this app. It has all kinds of problems. I can’t log into it to make my payment. I have to make it over the phone, it’s horrible. No other app I have comes anywhere close to being this difficult.
    So the 4.8 star rating is obviously bogus and not true. This company and developer is totally dishonest. Most of the ratings are one star but yet it says 4.8 that’s laughable! I hate that my previous mortgage company that was so easy sold my loan to this company. The worst loan company I’ve ever had for my house. Customers should have a choice on who their loan is sold to it’s not really fair to us.

  • Non Functional

    App seems to have lost my loan. Start the app, asks to find loan. I enter the info and response is ‘Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later.” I’ve tried deleting app and reinstalling. Been this way for last week. Be nice if you could fix this. Update: Did send message to customer support email address. No response and, of course, no fix. Anyone home there? UPDATE: Still doesn’t work. Still no response from Customer Service. Is it possible to give negative stars? UPDATE: app now finds my loan. For the last few months it fails to retrieve any loan details. Still negative stars.
