Fix the update problem

My phone is updated to 17 and it keeps saying I need to upgrade past 16,I’ve already done that. And when you hit the button saying upgrade it just takes you to the app to the open button. You need to fix this garbage. Whoever’s doing your app development don’t know what they’re doing, you need to fire them. I downloaded this on my iPhone 8 no problem. How is it I can do that but I can’t upload it on my iPhone 12? Stop apologizing and do something about it.
