  • Ankita is an exceptional coach

    I’ve joined MHB recently and I got Ankita as my coach. She is very friendly and listens up my every concern. Also, she prepared diet plan for me according to my food choices. The meal plan doesn’t include any complex/ non sustainable meals. Every meal is kind of regular meal and still I’ve lost around 4kgs of weight from past 45 days under her guidance. She is always a call away to clear all my thoughts. "Ankita is an exceptional coach, and I'm grateful for her unwavering support and expertise."

  • Highly recommend Coach Medha

    I signed up with MHB in May and was assigned Medha as my coach. It's been 3 months working with her and my life has changed so much since then. She motivated me to work on my habits first, which included drinking min 2 L water daily, working out 4 days a week and getting right amount of protein in each meal. Her workouts are so doable and challenging as well. In between the program I got to know that I am prediabetic, Medha made changes to my plan accordingly and also made me understand what kind of diet work for pre diabetic people since she was already working with such clients. She has very deep and thorough knowledge on every subject - workouts, nutrition and diabetes. talking to her feels like you are talking to a friend, she makes you feel so comfortable and want you to speak your heart out to her. I can see visible difference in my body and a lot of fat loss, my old clothes have started fitting me, I am so grateful to her for motivating me every week to try my best and for showing me the path towards a healthier life.

  • A plan that excites you, amazing!

    I joined MHB program after watching a lot of YT and IG videos. I was looking for a support to help myself back to the healthier version of mine and I had been overweight since past two years with no change in my weight and inflammation. I got Deepanshi Pandey as my buddy and she checked thoroughly all my physical and mental details during our first conversation. Deepanshi’s emotional intelligence has been the strongest part of her guiding approach, nothing has been ever felt robotic or generic. she has been providing me diet and workoutplan that always accommodated my requirements. She never forces to follow any specific plan sathe adjusts all the need (I had fallen sick few times during my program and not to mention, the Indian festivities played a major role as distraction). I have been socialising as usual while following the plan under her instructions and this feel absolutely blissful while I don’t have to compromise on any food selection. I have been learning to grow a healthy relationship with food and how my body responds to that. This is surely not a mere eight loss program. This overall has been a perfect plan with a fabulous buddy. I am looking forward to the next phase of my journey.

  • Thanks to Subia!

    I was very skeptical of joining MHB. Glad I made the choice and eventually joined it. I enjoyed my time being a mentee under Coach Subia. She from the beginning was very patient towards me and understood my challenges mentally and physically. I don't think I can come across anybody so kind and helpful. She was always there when I needed that extra push to go further in my journey. I lost a total of 7 kilos in 3 months, but honestly losing those 7 kilos was huge as I also lost them mentally not only physically. I also lost a lot of inches and her knowledge of DR gap is commendable.

    She did not send me just a plain diet plan but helped me understand how much calories I need to take and further clubbed it down to protein/carbs and fats my body requires. This part was profound as it helped me understand and make better choices while I ate outside or at gatherings. I might have lost less kilos in 3 months, but I am super happy with my progress. I have achieved the understanding towards food which is and going to be my lifestyle further down. Thanks Subia! I really appreciate it.

  • Coach Nishmitha prabhu

    I have tried all the different dietary approaches in my own arsenal and never made any progress at all. My lifestyle is very unhealthy. Coaching support was absolutely essential in getting myself back on track. Coach Nishmitha is extremely supportive and encouraging because of her my way of thinking has shifted from a deprivation mindset to an abundance mindset. She has a very positive approach, great to communicate with and friendly. she always offered helpful suggestions to tweak my diet for optimal results. She guided me through the process of identifying what worked and what didn't work for me, helped me gain a better and more balanced relationship with food. She updates me on my progress each week because of that my energy for work & workouts is absolutely amazing!!!! Thanks dear ❤️

    Nishmitha with MyHealthBuddy has been amazing! I learn something new from her each day, and each day is a step closer to working through my health and getting better.     I joined health buddy as Munli Deka my core support in my journey. She has been phenomenal in the support, constantly engaging and inspiring me to do better for my health.   • Good platform to improve overall health

    I thank my coach and mentor ‘Anwesha Chakraborty’ for motivating me and providing nice meal plans, simple exercises and also for constant support with my diet during my sickness.

    I started with 64.5 kg and went up to 61.5 kg in two months but gained little and ended at 62 kg after 3rd month due to my disturbed health and travel during my 3rd month plan.

    I’m now really aware of calculative eating which has slowly become a part of my routine. This helped me in staying active both mentally and physically. Thanks to MHB!

  • My amazing journey with Ojesvi

    I came to know about Ojesvi through a very dear friend of mine . When i spoke to Ojesvi i didnt feel as if i am speaking to a nutritionist, it felt as if it is a friend who is helping me lose weight. From then on this journey has been interesting and enjoyable. She has been so patient and encouraging all through that i am now convinced that i can get back to my original weight with ease . She is very passionate of what she is doing and it reflects. She portrays a high level of professionalism and sincerity in every task she undertakes. She really understands the wants and cravings perfectly and prepares a balanced meal plan for the same.
