    I want to express my sincere gratitude to my health coach, Arushi from My Health Buddy. She made the weight loss journey look so effortless for me. She customized the diet based on my eating habits. The diet plan was so easy to follow. I could eat all of my favourite foods and still managed to loose weight. Arushi is an expert at what she does.   • Great app and coach

    This is great app to use, really easy to track your meals and exercises. I use it everyday which gives me a lot of understanding of what I am eating in terms of calories. My buddy is Arushi, great coach who always motivates me towards my diet plan. Within these few months of my journey with them, I have learnt a lot how to be heathy and eat in portions. I greatly recommend to use this app and myhealth buddy. They are amazing! Thank you.

    This app has been extremely helpful in my weightloss journey. It is very easy to track my meals/workout/steps on this app. Helps me keep a count of calories, protein, carbs and fats - just what needs counting to be in calorie deficit. Its already working its magic and I can see a difference on the inches. Thanks to my coach Garima for guiding throughout!

  • Coach Subia is good

    I joined MHB two months back and my coach Subia is the best . She is very good and helpful . She provided a diet plan which is very comfortable for me . She responds to my queries promptly and helps me to correct mistakes in my exercises. I have reduced 5 kgs in 2 months and all credits goes to coach Subia . Thank you 😀

  • My coach Ishaan is awesome

    Ishaan, my coach, is absolutely amazing! He provided me with the perfect diet that I can easily follow for the rest of my life without feeling like I'm on a diet at all. The workout plan he designed was fantastic, focusing on the areas I needed to target. What's even better is that he's incredibly flexible and didn't restrict me from enjoying a cup of coffee. Whenever I had cravings, he even allowed cheat meals, like pani puri. Thanks to Ishaan, I've lost 10 pounds and inches. I'm so grateful!
