  • Highly recommend for mothers

    Postpartum is challenging in many ways, I didn’t realize how the first year flew. I always had the pressure to “get back to shape” but didn’t know where to start. I felt disconnected with my body and slowly started accepting the “mom bod” as it was hard for me to commit to time for workout until I came across the acemomfit page. Ishav’s posts were motivating me and I knew I had a way out of this cycle

    This program was a game-changer for me. Not only did they understand my goals and challenges but they also provided compassionate support and workouts that fit my recovery needs. The time it takes for the daily exercise was very practical and short to fit into my schedule

    Each session left me feeling stronger and more empowered. It also helped me regain my confidence and strength, for which I am profoundly grateful. Best part about the program was the feedback loop where Ishav corrected my form during the video sessions. I have been to other workout sessions and had other trainers but none knew how to communicate or correct the form during core workouts. I have done many of these exercises before but in a wrong form that lead to ineffective results

    I highly recommend their services to any new mother looking to safely and effectively navigate postpartum fitness.

  • Useful application- can be more user friendly

    MHB app is developed to help users to track their diet , workout, periods tracking and behaviour goals etc. It is designed well. Want to mention few issues which can get better so that users can get more benefits while using this app. 1) Tracking meals - provide the facility to take picture of the food and scan directly into the app. Which can help buddy and client at the same time. 2) While scanning itself the app should able to identify the protein, fats , carbs and fiber in that particular meal picture. 3) App should be able to remind user with water intake, meal time 4) App can able to show the final result at the end of the day in terms of calories, steps , workouts goal for that day. 5) workout videos: usually people who are not familiar with 360 degree breathing and DR exercise, they must sit and read then try by themselves. App doesn’t have any voice over for the workout videos. Number of repetitions should be included as well. Or provide MHB trainer videos as a YouTube link in the app so user can redirect to youtube till they get comfortable doing without video guidance. 6) currently meal pictures, user progress pictures, user workout videos, any progress related comments and documentation etc all these are in watsapp. If app can handle all this data within the app that can improve user experience and help them to review their own progress.

  • Coach Antara is highly knowledgeable & MHB is an amazing app

    Firstly the app is great to manage our day today activities from both a coach perspective and the students perspective. User friendly and easy to navigate no complexities.

    I have been working with coach Antara she is amazing , has an answer for any questions for occasions if I have to attend parties and how do I manage my diet without impacting the diet intake . It’s been working great , gives feedback every day on my food, she say's should have been this way, that way that helps me correct with the feedback.

    It’s been over a month and I have seen tremendous changes in me and I am glad I have got coach Antara-she is very knowledgeable. I wish her all the best may everyone get a coach like her.

  • MyHealthBuddy app is good and user friendly

    My coach is Antara. She is so good and when every I ask questions she always reply back ASAP.i am happy to join this program. This app is good to track calories per meals and workouts it is so simple to understand and way to update.I recommend this program to everyone. Thanks
  • Journey with Ishaan Gambhir

    I have been training with Ishaan since a last few weeks on this app. He has developed a custom nutrition plan and a workout plan for me. I addition to these, he also discusses my full lifestyle comprehensively. Ishaan is a good listener and answers all my questions patiently. He also keeps me motivated with daily check-ins. Overall, I am having a great experience with him. Highly recommend!

  • My coach, Subia

    I recently joined the program for 3 months to address my diastasis recti condition, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Subia, my personal trainer, was a guiding light throughout the process. Her attention to detail and expertise ensured I performed exercises correctly, initially the gap was 4 1/2 fingers, now it's down to 2 fingers, leading to a noticeable improvement. I also lost 6 kgs in these 3 months and I'm truly grateful for her support and guidance, which has boosted my confidence in overcoming this condition entirely.
    One aspect I particularly appreciate about the program is its flexible diet plan. They took the time to understand my individual needs and preferences, and crafted a sustainable diet plan that doesn't feel restrictive. I'm able to enjoy different kinds of foods, but by being mindful of the calorie/gram intake, the app is super helpful for that.

  • Truly remarkable journey

    As someone who is not deeply invested in prioritising my health and fitness, I sought out the guidance of myHealth Buddy trainer Minal to get to know more about fitness and to change my sedentary life style and it turned out to be a decision that significantly transforming my wellness journey.

    There are several habitual changes in my life since I started this program and Minal has been very helpful and kind since then. Beyond the tangible results I am achieved with the help of Minal-improved strength, endurance and well being- what truly made this experience remarkable was the sense of partnership and support fostered by Minal.
