    I would highly recommend Mhb. Coach Antara is awesome and helping me on my weight loss. Just within 2 months, I was able to reduce 6 kgs. Things I like most abt MHb is the diet plans are designed to cater each individual needs and mainly they don’t force or recommend to buy any protein shakes or powder.

    The app design is good, we can monitor our goals and progress.

    Myhealthbuddy is real game changer in my life. This is the best app for post pregnancy weight loss. Last year i was so frustrated by my weight and diastasic recti after my second pregnancy and then i saw post on instagram and my mind was blown away by their result. Then i decided to start my journey with them. My Buddy was Mahak Markan, she is sweet and caring. She helped me in my weight loss journey for 3 months and result was awesome ,i lost almost 8 kgs with fabulous fat loss during that three months then because of some personal reason.

    I just joined my health buddy and oh what a drastic change in my lifestyle. My health buddy is ARUSHI VERMA and she gave me all possible information about food and exercise. I live in Canada and it is very difficult to manage my schedule but arushi always replies me on time and supports me in all possible ways while sitting in India.

    I had been trying to lose weight and fat for quite a long time by trying out various diets and work outs, but I started losing interest because of the inability to deliver results. Also, being somebody who used to hog on outside food a lot, I found myself eating a lot during weekends and starving during the week days. I wasn't quite sure whether I was doing it right when I first contacted MyHealthBuddy and considered it as one of my new experiment for my weight/fat loss goal. And my idea was "try it out for a week, if it doesn't work, QUIT". But oh boy, it really started showing wonders from the VERY FIRST WEEK and all credits to Varsha who is simply a rockstar. Her meal plan never felt like I'm on a diet, I was eating all my favorite food at the same time I was able to cut down on a lot of junk and outside food I was hogging on. The whole concept of how portion control can do magic is real. Being a person who always thought home exercises takes an eternity to show results, I was kinda skeptical with the exercise routine she suggested. It wasn't the easiest neither was it the hardest, but the effect it had is beyond words. From struggling to sleep even 4hrs properly, I saw myself sleeping peacefully for 6hrs continuously in 2 days. I never thought a few changes in my lifestyle do work wonders. The best part being, I lost around 10kgs in 6 months (something I have been trying for over a year), commendable inch loss where I started fitting comfortably into my tight clothes and the confidence I gained with the way I look is definitely over the top. All thanks to my coach Varsha for all this and constantly appreciating me for the small small progresses and improvements. Her motivation has kept be going and inspired me to continue this journey.

    Yes, you can loose weight while having your comfort food and you really do not need fancy(expensive) vegetables and fruits like broccoli, avocado, dragon fruit and exotic salad dressings 😂
    I requested Sapna , ‘My health buddy’ made that I’ll start with my regular food without any meat(being a vegetarian) and protein powder(personal choice) and she agreed and designed a full vegetarian plan for me.
    Sapna was so considerate about me being exclusively breastfeeding my baby and vegetarian too and always supportive whenever I was in doubt about loosing weight..and connected with my emotional journey of loosing weight personally 🙌
    I’ll definitely recommend her and MHB for being my partner in getting fit and coordinating with my time zones in USA😊🙏🏼

    Thanks for everything that you’ve done past 6 months! From motivating me through my postpartum to bringing in consistency through my workouts you’ve done it all! You’ve been there in my lows. You are the reason that I’ve been able to wake up and push myself to become the best version of myself! I think every mom going through tough postpartum needs an understanding coach like you to get over the odds!
    Coming to the weight loss, not just me but everyone who saw me have seen an evident change and the inch loss was amazing. I feel confident fitting into my old clothes.
    I had a very tough journey postpartum due to hemorrhoids but with the diet and the workouts you have given me have been very very helpful in my recovery!
