  • Shoutout to MHB and coach Neha!!

    Dear Neha, Thanks a lot for everything that you do to help me meet my health goals! It’s been a wonderful start and let’s keep going! At the beginning of the program, you made me have all of the food that I really loved before I even started the plan. I have become more active per your guidance which I would say is more of a lifestyle change by itself that I hate to be sedentary and would head back to exercise if at all I got sidetracked. Then, the best part of the plan is that there are no additional supplements or whatsoever that is recommended to be taken. The highlight in here is that I get to eat what I still like in a much healthier manner, but just being mindful of the quantity. Well they say it takes 21 days to build a habit, and my dear coach, @Neha Chaturvedi, you are teaching me build discipline or rather live better. Once again, thanks much for everything that you do everyday for me to achieve my health goals Neha🤩!

  • Thank you Shikha

    Sometimes it's really hard to say thank you in words. After delivering my second baby, immediately after 2 months, I had to go through umbilical hernia surgery. After the surgery, I started getting severe lower back pain, and a couple of times I even had to visit Urgent Care. Struggling with all these issues, I never got a chance to take care of my body. I was really helpless, and I felt like I might not be able to get back to my original shape again.

    Fortunately, surfing through Instagram, I learned about MHB. Frankly speaking, I joined MHB with a pinch of salt, however my experience was totally amazing. Through MHB, I met my knowledgeable trainer Shikha. Within a short time, she understood my issues and made me aware of my DR issues.

    During my journey, Shikha gave me ample options for everything from food to exercise, and she never let me go without achieving my goals. She supported me mentally like a friend I was able to share all my physical issues with her. Sometimes I used to feel extremely tired with the exercises, but after my video sessions with Shikha, I used to get new hope to get back to my exercise routine. Worth to say I extended my plan because of Shikha and I am really glad I took that decision. After having 2 kids its extremely hard to go back to pre pregnancy weight, but I am proud to say that I am on my pre pregnancy (healthy) weight, and I feel really good. Thank you, Shikha and MHB, because of you I got my health and my confidence back.

  • Waste on money

    This program cost me so much but my coach doesnt care at all . May be the program is good but they assigned me the most iresponsible coach . He doesnt even answer messages and its been week since i have no plan or any information on what to do next . L
  • Shravani - Best Buddy, I have got from MHB.🥳

    I am using this new MyHealthBuddy app since quite some time. App is so user friendly,where u can track ur goals ,daily meal track and ur diet/workout plan. And also can access to your workout vedios assigned by your buddy. A buddy will be assigned to each and individual person from where ur program will be started. Shravani is my buddy. Personally, my journey with Shravani was so comfortable and easy to go. She understands my routine, daily activities, my food habities, what i ate previous and what i eat now on a daily basis we started with a diet plan and steps initially.There was no pressure from my buddy,she didn't restrict me on anything, she used to guide me properly on how to have a healthy meal and i what proportions which my body needs. Weekly calls to have touch base on how the whole week went which helps us to be on track and correct the things what went wrong in the week. The major part where me and buddy had to put in effort is to come back on track when I was not consistent for almost 40-45 days. She always motivated me to get back to plan and not loose that confidence in me. And now I am here continuing my plan with her for next 6 months to see more great results. Overall, it was a great experience enrolling in my health buddy.

  • MHB is best way to healthy lifestyle and fitness

    It’s been a month since I joined MHB and I can’t believe that I can already see best results and changes in me. My coach(Harpreet singh Tagore) has been a great coach and he very supportive. I Couldn’t be more proud of myself and more happier with the results. Easy meal plans and exercises.

  • Best and effective

    This app is so good, simple and very easy to use. Very interactive and informative with Workout videos. Great way to track calories and nutrients.
