Not worth it

Not at all what I thought it would be. You are just reading a small blurb then it’s asks you a question on what you read.

It’s also $60 with no free trail. I was on this app for 5 minutes and regretted my purchase.

can’t try without buying

No free version

Not upfront about cost

Went through an entire setup process before I found out that the entire app was paywalled. Frustrating!

Annoying trend

I hate the trend of apps having these long useless quizzes before just paywalling all of the actual content. What a waste of time.

No idea what I’m getting

Went through the initial onboarding and before I even knew what the service looked like, I reached a paywall. I’m not against paying for something that will add value to my life, but I went through this long questionnaire and I don’t know what this service/product is. It’s… something to do with learning? and goals? art history? finance? I still don’t know.

I do want to add more learning into my life, but 59.99 annually (or even the cheaper option of 39.99 for 12 weeks) upfront is a lot to drop on an app without really knowing what it does. If there was a cheaper monthly option or a brief (even 24-hr) trial option, I might consider the annual fee. It was just an off-putting experience to go through this long questionnaire and then be asked to pay so much money without even knowing what the product or user experience is.

Very bad

Not a lot of content

Waiting for improvement

Currently started the free trial since it asks for a subscription first. So far it’s a good idea that needs improved execution. For one, some of the lessons aren’t fully functional at least with certain images or interactive images.

Secondly, there isn’t that many lessons…for now. Hopefully they add more to this but it’s very lacking and not worth the cost for $60 a year subscription. Now I could be wrong and there’s more once bought, however that’s not a smart move; let us see all of the content OR, tell us that there is more (or will be more in the future) after we subscribe.

Finally, it’s a lot of money to ask for as a subscription for something that isn’t continuously growing or giving back. Take notes from “Encode” (on App Store) to see a good product that knows it’s own subscription value without needing to add more to itself.

Response from developer

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to review our app. We appreciate your opinion! Our content team works on adding more content to the app. Stay tuned for releases! 🧠

Not interesting

I paid for it and regretted it within the first 5 minutes of using it. It could have a free version for 1-3 days to make it a less painful loss.

Money Grab

My suspicions were confirmed when I saw that I needed to pay to get the lessons. If the devs really wanted it to be easier and more convenient to learn, it would’ve been free, right? Looks promising, if they made it free. At the bare minimum, they should’ve made a free trial to see if it’s worth the money or not. Guess I’ll never know 🤷‍♂️.

I won’t even give it a try because you didn’t show the price upfront and wasted my time

Nothing quite annoys me more than not being upfront about cost and wasting lots of time before I find out the cost of an app. If you had any integrity at all, you be upfront about what the cost is..
