In dash
Please make an app for the new chevy EV’s that works with the in dash system.
Absolute Garbage
Their chargers never work. Their app never works. Their website doesn’t work. Suddenly the password I use is incorrect somehow, and no matter how many times I do the “Forgot Password” option to change it, whether through the app or website, I never get an email to do so. Nothing in my spam folder or anywhere. They also never responded to any of my emails for customer support regarding their chargers not working.

Slow enrollment
When you find the charger was Francis Energy, your first enrollment is a bit slow. Would have enjoyed auto fill, especially for credit card. It was cold, windy, snowy Oklahoma night trying to k get just enough charge to make it the last 15 miles. Half the time at charger was spent getting the enrollment done. But, it did work - and I was able to start the charge from app after I unplugged replugged (station timed out after initial connection while trying to get going.

App immediately crashes.
The app will not open without crashing on iOS 17.3.1
Makes charging a piece of cake!
Many people recommended through plugshare to download this app in order to use the Francis chargers. Come to find out, it’s not mandatory. There is a guest option. But I’m so glad I did. As soon as I pulled up to the charger and opened my app it was already connecting to the charger. As soon as I connected the charger I was able to jump back in my car to stay warm and control the charging session.

Thank god Tesla will be the standard going forward.
This is the worst setup I’ve ever seen. Their stations won’t accept payment so you have to use this horrible app. The app asks for so much information upfront and you have to constantly renter your credit card info. Who came up with this? What software company made this trash?
Not that bad
Its a little janky about some things but it basically works and they have a decent network of locations.
Have to type in password every time
The app doesnt remember my password, the remember me slide doesnt work, it doesnt integrate with google or apple to remember your account, doesnt allow you to show the password characters as you type them, cant talk correctly to some of the 100k chargers, doesnt seem to have a timer that works correctly, wont allow cutoff at 80 percent, and costs more than gasoline in my Prius.

Doesn’t work for teslas
Your burning tax payer dollars to install the chargers. At least get the app running so people can use it and increase your revenue stream. This is who I don’t like govt sponsored projects like this.
Forced app signup - too invasive
The credit card reader on the charging station failed to authorize my card, but the same card works on file in the app? How does that work? Oh I get it, you are forcing people to sign up for your app so you have all their personal info.
Also why do you need to know my car’s license plate? You literally cannot use the app without providing this data. That has nothing to do with EV charging and I am reporting you to Apple.
