Great app
This app and service is not great!
To go with their inconsistent deliveries, the food items are also inconsistent. Sometimes the food is good sometimes the food is bad. You never know what your going to get in the box.
Customer service should have been more helpful, or at the very least, show compassion and understanding for my circumstances.

Feeding myself is enjoyable again
I’ve tried all the meal kit services and Purple Carrot is really far and away the best overall, but also the best for vegan and gluten free options. Love that they have an app now too!

*Update as of 5/4/23: Good news! You can now track your recent and past order history directly from the 'Home' tab with the newest app version (1.0.26), which was just released on 5/1. Be sure to click the 'Keep track of past orders' button to view this in the app. We surely hope this improves your experience and thank you again for sharing your experience with us. *4/4/23: Thanks so much for sharing this, as we truly appreciate this feedback. If you'd like to track your delivery in the app, you can click the 'Profile' icon located on the bottom left of the screen. Once clicked, choose 'My Orders', once there, you can either select 'Track your Order' to search by email or tracking number. You also have the ability to click the 'Order History' button to navigate through any past deliveries, which provides a clickable link to your tracking info for each order. 😊 As the 'Home' screen does display the meals in your box for the current week, you can select any of the deliveries below 'Upcoming Menus' to view what's upcoming. We also offer the option to click the 'Schedule' icon at the bottom of the screen, where you can scroll and navigate through the upcoming weeks to edit or customize your orders as needed before the Tuesday deadline before 11:59 PM EST. *Update as of 5/4/23: We just wanted to share that the latest app version released on 5/1, (1.0.26), now allows users to view and customize their upcoming orders right on the 'Home' page, as well as offering the ability to view past order history all in one place.
