Update on 7/3/24: I removed the app on my phone and re-downloaded the most current version hoping that somehow, miraculously there may have been a fix for the issue that I reported for seven months. Alas, the call history on the app still shows just the one day of history, which was the first day of our service. If I want to see my call history, I cannot see it on the app nor can I see it on the webpage. I’m not sure if they have a technical team or just a sales and marketing team. The support team typically gets me the information I’m asking for, but I shouldn’t have to jump through this extra hoop. Is there any hope that I will ever see call history without needing to request it from Community Phone support? Not likely.
Update May 2024: STILL NO CALL HISTORY ON APP NOR WEB PAGE. Sad, sad, sad. we started using Community Phone in December 2023. I am supposed to be able to see my call history on the app or on the webpage but neither work. I can only see activity for the first day of our service. This means that I get to call their customer service on a regular basis and hear they’re empty apologies and promises of improve service. They do provide me with the export of the data I need but as for the app… We are not impressed at all.
