App not working since update

Won’t work
Surprisingly the app started working the next day but now a couple of weeks later it has started asking me to select a region again and with no regions to select from. Can’t do anything. I deleted and reinstalled the app and now it won’t populate my employer to login with virgin pulse. Trash

When I open the app it asked me to select a region but the page is blank. There is nothing to choose or select. Can’t use
