Since update the app wants you to select state / region. When you click that it just takes you to a white screen and you cannot get app to work since you cannot continue without selecting region. Even when u accept user agreement.

Surprisingly the app started working the next day but now a couple of weeks later it has started asking me to select a region again and with no regions to select from. Can’t do anything. I deleted and reinstalled the app and now it won’t populate my employer to login with virgin pulse. Trash

The playing of sessions within the app isn’t working right now. It is not linking properly with virgin pulse either. This is very frustrating. I have been using the online(non-app) version because of these issues in order to complete my sessions of meditation.

Constantly asking to re log in. Splash screen with unwanted quote every time I open the app without a setting to turn it off. And right now the content just refuses to load. Pretty sad when your biggest obstacle to consistent meditation is the tool you’re trying to learn from. Hello headspace - meet your new customer

The app said it needed to be updated and when I looked on the App Store, it said I need to download the app (I already had it installed on iOS). Once I downloaded, I had to instances of Rethink on my phone. Now the new one cannot log in at all l. The login button does not work. The iOS app has always been buggy but this new version is the worst. Please fire your developer ASAP. My employer is a large, 10,000+ org and I will be working with our benefits manager to find a new meditation solution.

I like the new look and feel of the app and absolutely love the content. While I did have some trouble with the initial release, the issues were quickly fixed. Thank you for releasing such an amazing app update!

I am having an issue with applying points after I listen to a daily session to the virginpulse app. This has been going on since Saturday, March 25th. Every time I listen to a daily session on Saturday, Sunday and today, it does not count my session nor does it apply the points to the virginpulse app. So it looks like I haven’t been listening to the daily sessions since Saturday, March 25.

I tried resetting the password, the message says an instruction to reset the password will be mailed. I never received an email. And this is using the Employer sponsored account. Anxiety level is now high, I really need to access this to bring it down.
The previous app connected with my employer directs me here, and I have been unable to sign into this new app. When I try to sign in, I get a message of “We are experiencing temporary site difficulties. Please try again soon.” This persisted even after I updated to the most recent version.
