This app every time it updates something happens - continually logs you, asks you to select a region when the app just freezes and opens a blank page, sometimes you have to watch a video twice for it to “count” as your daily watch goal, etc
Just like many other “employee benefit apps” this one just eats space in your phone and doesn’t function well at all. Use the website instead.

After new update app just crashes doesn’t even logged in. If my job wasn't using this i would never use such app. It is terrible!

Also having to manually log in each time is annoying (again the old app didn’t force this and the old app would at least populate my password with Face ID)

This forces me to uninstall and reinstall app every couple of weeks. Also very frustrating when I have to continually renter email, password and two factor authentication just to view a 5 minute session.

The app now asks me sign in every time I launch it, then prompts me to update (I already did) then forces me to the App Store. App Store knows the app is installed, so prompts me to Launch. Repeat x infinity. Looks like we’re just stuck in a loop of brokenness here folks.

Since the update I haven’t been able to access the app properly. I try to go through the app and it tells me to update and I have already updated, but I click it anyway. Then the app tells me I’ve already downloaded it and to sign in. Then it will not accept my sign in. I tried all the things, even deleting and reloading the app. Same issue. Now I’m so irritated by it I won’t even contact customer service. I’m just going to delete the app. Sorry… not worth it.
