This app is sooo bad
And before the app developer responds to this review saying “please reach out to us directly so we can help resolve your issue,” I’ll just say - save your insincere attempt to save face for putting out such a bad app. Here’s a thought. Look at the numerous people posting about this same issue. It’s your app, not our iPhone or iOS version.
How do I know? Because if I delete the app and reinstall it (then go through all the sign-on steps and authentication through my employer sponsor), the app works again… for a few days. I don’t change phones or versions of iOS. The only change is a fresh download of this app.
Based on all the complaints, our employer has added a competitor app that can complete some of the wellness activities. Hopefully next benefit year this app will get the boot.
