Very disappointed by the new app

The older app was so much better. This new version won’t keep you logged in. Every day you have to accept the terms and conditions and are asked for your phone number. Then every week or so you actually have to completely start over with finding your employer and logging into Virgin Pulse. I’m about ready to stop using this program because of the new issues. The new version also lost my streak which isn’t a huge deal but I’m a person that loves long streaks-I was almost to 300 days in a row for sessions. Please fix and make user friendly again!

So frustrating…

The irony is this is supposed to be a wellness/ meditation/ health app. I have called several resource numbers (outsourced to India) and been online for hours researching solutions to no avail.

Please help. App needs to be fixed, the update to the “new” app made it so that you can no longer connect at all. This system needs to be simplified.

Needs attention

Great content however after the recent update every time I access keeps asking to accept terms and conditions, enter phone number as if I am using the app for the first time. Happens each time I access it even if it’s the same day. Please fix bug. Thanks!

Update broke the app

An update occurred during a mindfulness challenge and broke the app with only 2 days left. Now every time I try to open the app, it tells me it is updated and I need to download it (which I already did). It takes me back to the Apple Store where I click “Open”. It’s stuck in that loop. Sessions are also glitching at the end and not moving on to the next one after rating thumbs up or down. I need an extra relax session after dealing with this app!

New App

Horrible…it keeps glitching and won’t reconnect with my VirginPulse app with is company sponsored, therefore I can’t continue earning my wellness rewards! This started yesterday, which broke my streak as well

Virgin pulse integration not working

What kind of releases are you guys doing? Broke perfectly working app and forced this app which says autisum and broke all integration

Terrible

Glitchyest app on my phone. Constantly need to delete and reinstall to connect to my VirginPulse app to maximize my company’s HSA offerings. So incredibly frustrating. Ill be in contact with my companies HR department to let them know how their wasting company funds.
