Terrible

I hope you all know that I’m going to lose out on HSA money from my employer because I can’t consistently get this app to work. A couple weeks ago, it wanted me to choose a region but the page was blank. This week, the app crashes as soon as I open it. I get money in my HSA for using the app consistently, but that is impossible to do.

Crashes

The app works for a few days, then suddenly begins to crash upon start up. Each time I attempt to open it, it crashes until I delete and reinstall the app. Then the cycle repeats.

Doesn’t even load

This app has been bad for as long as I can remember. Some updates it just won’t even load.

Don’t use app

Buggy, signs you out constantly and crashes all the time. Just use the website. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

Update, can’t login. Fix. Repeat. At least can access via Virgin.

Less than 1 star. Crashes constantly

I typically have it working for a few days and if I take a few days off it stops working. Then I need to delete the app, reinstall, and put in credentials again.

Doesn’t work

Always breaking down. Need to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work. Sad thing is I need it for my work.

From working to non functioning

Just a bad app. It updated and now it closes every time I try to open it. It wouldn’t be so bad, except the cost of my health care depends on me using it.
So wrong.

Love the content but can never get to it. Constantly crashes. Can’t log in. Worthless.
