Dear customer, If clients are not fully satisfied with the app's services, we will reimburse them for the cost of the bank connection fee for one month. Furthermore, if you are not actively using the services, disconnecting bank accounts via the Settings tab is fully automated and takes less than five (5) seconds. Sometimes, clients create multiple accounts against our policies and then forget to disconnect them. Please ensure all your accounts are deactivated if you have created multiple accounts. Please contact Customer Service to receive your reimbursement.

Dear Mr. J. D., Your request was denied because your bank account did not meet the pre-determined criteria. Note that many requests get approved daily. We received your complaint about this on 11/13 at 10:43, to which we responded on two (2) separate occasions at 10:44 and 10:48, followed by a reminder on 11/14 at 18:10. We also sent you an SMS text as a reminder. We never heard back from you. Your Bank Connection reimbursement was issued on 11/14 at 18:50. Also note that our platform does not support Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or any Bank Card as you suggest. Furthermore, to this date, we have never received a complaint such as yours. If you have any questions, please respond to our Customer Service emails. Thank you.

You won’t get approved for advances. I would literally be spending $10/month to never get approved. It’s not worth it.
