  • Won’t let me connect with plaid

    Everytime I try up connect with plaid it said it’s a issue go back and try again I’ve done this 100 times and still nothing smh

    I’m not happy with your app presently I need help to update my bank info I can’t get any help at all from your support desk I can’t get past screen that says update when I email your support team they can’t help at all can’t even address my issue
  • Bad business

    Don’t do business with these people they charge you money even after bank card was supposed to be disconnected and when emailed about it are trying to refuse to give the money back. The app hasn’t worked for me the entire time I’ve had it. And when you finally responded to email, they sent three back to back, including the one about closing my account and deleting it. How does that work? that’s proof right there I tried to cancel, but they did not respond in a timely fashion and now the app is inaccessible. Horrible service.

    Dear customer, If clients are not fully satisfied with the app's services, we will reimburse them for the cost of the bank connection fee for one month. Furthermore, if you are not actively using the services, disconnecting bank accounts via the Settings tab is fully automated and takes less than five (5) seconds. Sometimes, clients create multiple accounts against our policies and then forget to disconnect them. Please ensure all your accounts are deactivated if you have created multiple accounts. Please contact Customer Service to receive your reimbursement.
  • Timing of advance is horrible.

    I needed my advance right away. The fact that I am still having to wait till 9:00PM this evening is absolutely unacceptable. When someone needs money, especially when they are low on funds or don’t have an funds at all, money should be given right away especially if you are a company that is offering an advance. I literally had to spend my entire weekend in doors because of this. I am completely disappointed with how this company is treating me and waiting for a $40 advance. I am truly disgusted and I am very sure I will not get any help. But just letting you know be aware of getting an advance with this company. They will make you wait forever depending on your citation.

  • Good til it wasn’t.

    It’s a great app when you need to borrow money. Unless you get a new phone number.. then you can’t get in contact with anyone. As far as a password reset. I’ve been trying for about a month now to get someone to respond back to me and still have yet to hear anything.
  • $10 STOLEN

    DONT DOWNLOAD!! 2 months ago they charged me $10 just to connect my bank for a cash advance. It states try again tomorrow. Since they already got my $10, I kept trying each day. Still denied. I’m by no means rich or I wouldn’t be on here. But I do get enough that they can see I can pay it back. Still denied, no reason, just try again tomorrow. I cancelled it. Last month, charged the $10 again. You can only email. I emailed them delete my info. They’re scammers. I go in my bank account today and I’m charged the $10 again! I actually have a good amount in the bank and put the frustration aside and thought let’s try for an advance again before I really get annoyed. Heck, they charged me again so let’s try it. DENIED! Says try again tomorrow. I’m so frustrated with this scammer company. Return my $9.78 immediately! I cancelled you by email last month and I don’t know how you are charging me again. RETURN MY MONEY SCAMMERS!!

  • Fraudulent app that steals your money when you sign up for app and cancel

    Credit Convey needs to be reported to both Apple and the FBI for fraudulent charges that this company makes to your credit and bank cards when you install app on your phone. They are incredible thieves and have received thousands of such complaints why does Apple allow companies like this to steal from consumers?

    Dear Mr. J. D., Your request was denied because your bank account did not meet the pre-determined criteria. Note that many requests get approved daily. We received your complaint about this on 11/13 at 10:43, to which we responded on two (2) separate occasions at 10:44 and 10:48, followed by a reminder on 11/14 at 18:10. We also sent you an SMS text as a reminder. We never heard back from you. Your Bank Connection reimbursement was issued on 11/14 at 18:50. Also note that our platform does not support Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or any Bank Card as you suggest. Furthermore, to this date, we have never received a complaint such as yours. If you have any questions, please respond to our Customer Service emails. Thank you.
  • $10 connection fee?

    I don’t recommend this app. They charge a $10/month “connection fee” when you link your bank account. You must link your bank account in order to use their services. I have never heard of a connection fee before.
    You won’t get approved for advances. I would literally be spending $10/month to never get approved. It’s not worth it.
    Plenty of other cash advance apps to try.
  • Love this app!

    This app is easy to use and charges little fees. The first time I used the app, it helped me out when I was short on bills. Every time I pay it back, my eligible amount increases! I highly recommend!!!
  • Very nice

    I like how this app allows me to borrow money , build credit, and if you pay on time you get awarded more money each time you take out a loan. No high APR’s, it’s easy and simple!
