I would recommend this site for anyone low on cash. I wasn’t sure about the app at first because I didn’t initially qualify but eventually I was and it has been a life saver in times of need.

I’ve tried contacting support 4 times about being locked out of my account and unable to reset my password. I haven’t gotten a response in a week and have no idea if fees will still be pulled as I haven’t been able to cancel my account. I don’t like this at all. I would use caution with this app. I’ve only gotten a response once from support before the additional outreaches I made recently and the response was very automated. Seems a bit fishy to me.

I requested to cancel my subscription and delete my account and they have completely ghosted me, when I go to log in it says “User is disabled”, but when I messaged them for a confirmation that my account was deleted, I have not received a response in over 5 days. The monthly subscription charge is set for 6/3 which is coming up, so I am assuming they want me to not be able to access my account to delete it so that they can steal the monthly fee from my account. This company just wants to steal your money, do not under any circumstances give them your banking information, you will regret it.

At first I was disappointed with the small amount I was approved for but when you have a good history of paying it back then your approval amount increases. It’s kind of cool to see your progress go up when you show you can pay it back. Great financial tool.
When need of money when your in a crunch, this app helped me out a few times. I’ll definitely continue to use it. And recommend to other people as well.

This app so far has been giving me the most difficult time . I deactivated my account to reput my new information and it keeps telling me my bank account is connected to another user when it hasn’t been connected . I tried contacting customer service and they haven’t helped me at all . I even updated it and it’s still giving me the same issue

Dear customer, If clients are not fully satisfied with the app's services, we will reimburse them for the cost of the bank connection fee for one month. Furthermore, if you are not actively using the services, disconnecting bank accounts via the Settings tab is fully automated and takes less than five (5) seconds. Sometimes, clients create multiple accounts against our policies and then forget to disconnect them. Please ensure all your accounts are deactivated if you have created multiple accounts. Please contact Customer Service to receive your reimbursement.I only downloaded the app for a cash advance but it declined me for whatever reason so I went in the app to delete it and no option found to do so. I also was unaware of the charge for connecting my bank account. Most apps give you the option to delete the account right in app but this one does not. I also didn’t see any literature that I would be charged for connecting my bank either.
It denied me the first few times I tried but was approved for $40 just now. Having a positive bank account is definitely important, I think. The instant delivery fee is a little high but I’m just glad to find another resource for cash in a pinch that actually works! I’m using Chime Bank, fyi.
