Great service

This is by far one of the best and easiest services, I like the approval is almost always guaranteed, it’s a great help in between payday when you need a little extra cash to help with anything, and the app is user friendly I recommend it to anyone

Fraudulent app that steals your money when you sign up for app and cancel

Credit Convey needs to be reported to both Apple and the FBI for fraudulent charges that this company makes to your credit and bank cards when you install app on your phone. They are incredible thieves and have received thousands of such complaints why does Apple allow companies like this to steal from consumers?

Scammed too often

Dear Mr. J. D., Your request was denied because your bank account did not meet the pre-determined criteria. Note that many requests get approved daily. We received your complaint about this on 11/13 at 10:43, to which we responded on two (2) separate occasions at 10:44 and 10:48, followed by a reminder on 11/14 at 18:10. We also sent you an SMS text as a reminder. We never heard back from you. Your Bank Connection reimbursement was issued on 11/14 at 18:50. Also note that our platform does not support Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or any Bank Card as you suggest. Furthermore, to this date, we have never received a complaint such as yours. If you have any questions, please respond to our Customer Service emails. Thank you.

Unhelpful customer service

Stated I needed to reach out to customer service as there was an issue with my bank. Emailed 4 times over a week, finally had someone just say “it’s your bank, not us. Nothing we can do”. Curious as they were more than happy to take the $10 connection fee and immediately remove the account after. Steer clear of this app

Dear Dsanz12, Credit Convey's products are limited by the data that your bank's service providers supply. Sometimes, those service providers fail to provide the necessary data to Credit Convey to issue the products successfully. Unfortunately, we won't be able to deliver our products in those instances. I am sure this comes as a disappointment for you. Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience.
