Worst health app ever made
You can’t do a single thing in the app without error messages. Doesn’t let you sign in, doesn’t let you reset passwords, doesn’t let you create a new password using the exact requirements they tell you to use. I don’t know how this made it out of the basement it was made.Jeffsosta

Just deleted this app. Gives authentication error when trying to log in. Changed password on website and still wouldn't let me log in - website is not much better. I'm hoping my employer changes insurance administrators at the end if the year because in this day and age it should not be this difficult to find insurance and provider information!Show lessTMCRN

Glitches out all of the time. Won’t load claims tab - gives error message. Won’t load EOB’s. Chat says it’s still open even if closed. No response to messages sent in timely manner, if at all. Will load providers saying in network and then take them offLifesaver 4 Twins

Little to no helpful features. My dependent’s ID Card is always unable to load and cannot access the dependent management portion of the app either. When I asked a customer service representative about this they said it was an error but offered no solution or timeframe for it to be resolved. If you open a chat and close out of it, the chat is still open somehow according to the message that appears. In order to start a new chat you have to close and reopen the app. Now today I try to login and a message saying “there was an issue validating your membership”. Please try again later.” I should save my peace of mind and delete this app. I hope the website is more useful.Show less@madisonnicolebennett
