Useless app. You’d think billion dollar insurance companies would invest in an app that allows their consumers to access bare minimum account information such as what providers are covered. Nope, not webtpa! I guess I’ll just have to call every time I need to know something regarding health insurance but their customer service ratings on Google aren’t so great either. Not surprising.

Worst health app ever made

You can’t do a single thing in the app without error messages. Doesn’t let you sign in, doesn’t let you reset passwords, doesn’t let you create a new password using the exact requirements they tell you to use. I don’t know how this made it out of the basement it was made.

App glitches

The so never recognizes my password. I have to reset it each time and it takes forever to load. It’s also not user friendly.

I can never login since a recent update. I instead created a web app by going to the website and add to home screen that works much better than this app

Find care does not work

Get error when “find care” is pressedThis site has not been configured for ACLowesBCBS_ACC/BCBSAL.

Faceid does not work as well.

Login credential box hide behind behind keyboard.

Worthless

Just deleted this app. Gives authentication error when trying to log in. Changed password on website and still wouldn't let me log in - website is not much better. I'm hoping my employer changes insurance administrators at the end if the year because in this day and age it should not be this difficult to find insurance and provider information!

App not working

The app keeps showing a pop up with an authentication error. I even changed my password and I’m still getting the error.

Poor app

Was pleased to know there was an app but I cannot access any details on claims - cannot write any messages - cannot get my ID card, and more.

Poor app

Glitches out all of the time. Won’t load claims tab - gives error message. Won’t load EOB’s. Chat says it’s still open even if closed. No response to messages sent in timely manner, if at all. Will load providers saying in network and then take them off
