  • Error always

    This app is terrible. I can never get in. It always errors out and says authentication issue. I don’t know why web tpa switched to this app. They don’t seem to care about fixing it.
  • What a horrible, useless app

    I thought I might be able to use this app to submit a claim, but they make you do everything the old fashioned way - download the form, fill it out, then upload the form. They absolutely DO NOT make it easy for you because they know that if it’s too much of a headache, some people just won’t submit their claims and they won’t have to pay!! What is the point of having an insurance app if you still have to download and upload claims forms??

    Oh and the worst part is that you have to re-enter your password SO OFTEN! Just let me use my fingerprint or facial recognition like every other app!!!

  • Terrible app

    System is down a lot, won’t load claims all the time, unable to access the app on my phone. Submit issues to support & just get generic responses. No support when I call for tech help.
  • App doesn’t work

    They should take this app off the store.

    I could not authenticate, changed my password, still doesn’t authenticate

    Called my member line and they said it’s a known issue for months that the app has trouble authenticating.
  • Buggy

    The Find Care button does not work. For a brief moment it says “loading” but then a blank screen loads with no results.
  • Glitches, barely functional

    This barely functional app rarely even successfully logs you in. If it does, can’t load coverage details.
  • Useless

    Throws an “AuthError” and cryptically says “Something went wrong during authentication, try again.” Issue persists when re-attempting.

    I know my login id and password but never can get in on the App. Always get authentication error.
  • Junk

    Useless app. You’d think billion dollar insurance companies would invest in an app that allows their consumers to access bare minimum account information such as what providers are covered. Nope, not webtpa! I guess I’ll just have to call every time I need to know something regarding health insurance but their customer service ratings on Google aren’t so great either. Not surprising.
