Error always
This app is terrible. I can never get in. It always errors out and says authentication issue. I don’t know why web tpa switched to this app. They don’t seem to care about fixing it.Jesse Jersey
What a horrible, useless app
I thought I might be able to use this app to submit a claim, but they make you do everything the old fashioned way - download the form, fill it out, then upload the form. They absolutely DO NOT make it easy for you because they know that if it’s too much of a headache, some people just won’t submit their claims and they won’t have to pay!! What is the point of having an insurance app if you still have to download and upload claims forms??
Oh and the worst part is that you have to re-enter your password SO OFTEN! Just let me use my fingerprint or facial recognition like every other app!!!Show lessSierraD89

Junk
Useless app. You’d think billion dollar insurance companies would invest in an app that allows their consumers to access bare minimum account information such as what providers are covered. Nope, not webtpa! I guess I’ll just have to call every time I need to know something regarding health insurance but their customer service ratings on Google aren’t so great either.
