You pay but they don’t protect you from abusive breeders
We paid a deposit for a puppy, plus some fees that the platform charges “to protect you” if the breeder behaves in a bad manner.
To be short. The breeder was trying to sell us a different dog than we paid for.; even when we put the deposit for another one. She refunded the money of the deposit. We lost the the other fees, lost one month and still don’t have a new puppy.
You pay for a service that they don’t give you. It is better to save your money.Developer Response

I don’t like using apps or websites or just searching for anything!! This app jumped out and it is Perfect!! It was quick and easy to use! Found the perfect puppy that I was looking for! The process was simple, contact with the owner was great and we still message each other on how the puppy is doing and I send her updates and photos of our puppy. I was a breeder of cocker spaniels back 1997 to 2005, I really enjoyed and recommend using this app or website for your purchase of your next puppy, but only if the breeder stays in contact with you within a reasonable amount of time say 24 hours on any of your questions if not move on another breeder, but the one that we worked with was awesome. The paperwork she gave us was awesome it was, much more than what I expected!!scam
I bought a dog from the breeder Shaylee Largent from Doxie Dreams in the Dallas Tx area. We had scheduled a pick up day since i live in Amarillo Tx and she’s outside of Dallas. We planned for Saturday August the 10th. Long long story short she blocked me and my husband both and we never got the dog. We brought the whole situation to the good dog team and they told me according to the breeders story and ‘evidence’ i was lying and they were not going to refund me my money. This lady made a fake Facebook profile with my name and got the picture of me from good dog and sent messages to herself making it seem like i had picked the dog up August the 3rd. I sent proof showing good dog i was in Amarillo during the time she claimed i was in Dallas. They still took her side. They blocked my number from me calling and deleted all my information on good dog. I had to use my husbands phone to even call them about the decision they made. At the end of the day I’m out $500 and they believed a scammer breeder over me and all my evidence against her.Developer Response
