Doesn’t work
I have an account. When I try and log in it says wrong credentials. I tried to open a new account but it says I have an account. Kind of a Catch 22 situation. I have an account I can’t access but I can’t open an account because I already have onelittle alton
No rewards
Cant add anything and lost * all rewards* stored in the old app 🤬not rewarded
Still hasn’t updated my points
Hard to navigate. Won’t keep my preferred theater setting. Still hasn’t given me points for my last order. Also the points from my old account haven’t transferred over in spite of my asking the people at the local NCG to do the transfer and emailing support. The last app wasn’t perfect but it functioned a whole lot easier than this and my points updated very quickly.Show lessekandy1016
Needs more work
Not easy to use. Everytime I do something it says I need to refresh or update the app. However, it is updated. Also, we should be able to cancel tickets on the app. Needs more work!Cass0242

Had the old app still logged in it w points that never were rolled over and downloaded new app which states I already have an account but can’t even reset the dang password bc it’s states page not found. Ncg Messed up a good thing and now I can’t log bc I jacked it all up bc of themSticky6
Can’t log in
I am having the same issue as a previous review states. I had the old app. I did the register thing at the theater itself and registered my phone number but yet I can’t login with my old credentials like it says I should so then I went to make an account with the same credentials, and it says that I already have an account but it will not let me login. It says the password is wrong. I know it’s not wrong because I’m still logged into the old app and was able to change my password by using the existing password so now I’ve tried to make a new account which I don’t wanna do because I have so much history and rewards on my old email account with NCG but even so with the new email that I used it’s still won’t let me login if I log out I have to close out of the whole app click the CAPTCHA and redo it and it might let me in after a few different times of closing out the app and going back in. Fix this please. NCG has been my favorite with the reward system and the theater itself but I have been frustrated for months now. For six months now we have been unable to use a gift card that was given to us because of this new system change there’s no one I can contact either to get the gift card exchanged to a new one or what else we can do so it’s kind of pissing me off.Show lessMakaylat
Wont let me log in
I have a account. I tried to restart password and see no email in my inbox they claim they sent out. When I tried to make a new account with that email to see if I actually have a account it says email already associated with account. I can’t log in or send a email to restart my password.
