I have really bad stress and it makes me so much more calm, just wish some of the things where more accessible like the sounds, background, profile, ect.

I love this app. An earlier rating I made was done in haste; the program had not loaded yet when I tried to use it. It was operator error. Now that it’s fully installed, I love it.

No longer the same!
Not good anymore! If you pause the app to align with the HeartMath app, it no longer goes back and resets at in breath but where you left off when you pressed paused. It no longer resets at in breath which was very helpful. If you’re thinking about using this app to work with other apps like Heartmath, and to coordinate both programs, forget it.

Backgrounds
I’ve been using the app for a while and now I’m excited to practice my breathing with the new backgrounds. :) I love the beach backgrounds and pairing them with water sounds like waves and rivers. Thank you for making the update. :)

How do I get the background pictures.
Love the taster on Instagram with the nature background. But in the app the background is just a blank black screen. Is there a way to get the nature backgrounds. I’m happy to pay for a premium version if this is available.
Great, except no background pictures.
I love the concept and use of this app, but the background pictures don’t show up.
