Liberty bank gives me the most secure,and modernized, banking that my company needs to stay on top of everyday, and actually every minute, transactions. So I’m able to keep my business more secure from scams. With the old method of just getting a monthly statement I wouldn’t have known till next month that I was scammed. But with the online banking it gives me piece of mind at the end of everyday that I can personally check and see my accounts for myself.
But the real reason that I love banking with liberty bank is your staff. Over the years they have been with me through highs and lows and have ALWAYS lent a sympathetic ear and have gone above and beyond with customer service. They set the bar for other banks.
I’m not only happy but I am proud to be banking with Liberty Bank.

Is decent enough
For what I do the app is fine .though I liked the old apps design layout and color scheme better ..the new features, Face ID and snap shot are nice additions. Can’t tell what my “star rating “ above is as the stars dont seem to change colors when tapping them. I meant to hit 3 stars ,which would be more if not for the latest update . The app now only works in portrait view. Not a huge problem but annoying to me as I never use portrait unless I have to because of the app. Emailed tech support and got a response fairly quick that they're working to correct it. It’s Coming up on a week (that’s 7 days )since I got that response ,which makes me worry maybe there’s more issues in the background that I don’t know about. I’m not tech savvy at all but would’ve thought fixing just a viewing issue would’ve been an easy fix …? Maybe I’m way off , sort of hope I am .that way I dont have to worry about the tens of dollars in my account getting “hacked”away from me 😬Show lessVic42670

The UI is much cleaner and responsive. A huge advancement from the previous version! I routinely use the app to check on transactions, perform transfers and pay my mortgage with Liberty Bank.seanhsmith

I enjoy the app but the previous one was better. You could seen transactions quicker and knew exactly what your balance was and it show current balance and pending transactions balance.smiley. lopez

Miss the old app
This new versions only perk is the snapshot when opening. Every time I click to open it and see transactions it force closes. Maybe by the 3rd time I can actually get into them. iPhone 14 pro maxUnrulyE

I’m very impressed with the new format and look of the app. It is way better than the previous version. Loving the new snapshot feature. I find I’m not having any issues logging in and the ease of navigation through out is very user friendly.CaviQueen

I have been a Liberty Bank client for 17 years with over a 1/2 dozen accounts and they can’t find my SSN or DOB. Your change to this new system has locked me out of mobile access to my money and now you can’t match my SSN?!Puffy Socks
