  • Great bank

    I have been with Liberty bank for many years and they are always there to answer a question or fix a problem. I just wish they didn’t have such a big turnover with help. I wouldn’t switch so please don’t close!!
  • Hate the bubble boxes and font is too large

    The bubble boxes are too much. I like to see my accounts without it looking like a cartoonist is behind the info displayed. The font is way too big and when I transfer funds from one account to the other the amount I’m entering doesn’t even fit on the same line. Hard to read if the amounts are broken up by landing on separate lines. Please bring back the old App it was nicer and I could see everything without scrolling down a page over and over and over again.

  • So much better

    This app better reflects the customer service that Liberty Bank is known for. Thank you for making this improvement.
  • Complete crap per usual

    App is extremely buggy. Let’s you into the app with no password/Face ID request. Only requests Authentication when you actually select an account, and then 75% of the time after you select an account, the entire app crashes.
  • Quickbooks Online - Requires manual entry or download

    The software update caused an issue with Quickbooks Online.

    Where before, transactions would auto populate where they just need to be recorded/categorized in Quickbooks Online.

    Now, we need to manually enter transactions or download and import them into Quickbooks Online from Liberty’s new baking dashboard.

    In my opinion, they dropped the ball on the most important feature.

    I use Quickbooks Online daily and now this has caused a bottleneck. Been a loyal customer for 18 years. I’ve used them for loans, personal accounts, business accounts and consider the staff friends.

    Sadly, exploring alternative options for baking as customer support has lead me to believe there is no definitive solution in the near future.

  • Long Overdue

    This updated app was long overdue! Love all the new features. This app is much more user friendly and looks great. It would be amazing if there was an option to add the snapshot feature as a widget for iPhones.
  • TOO BRIGHT

    I work overnights and it feels like i am being blinded by the mid day sun reflected off of the snow left after a blizzard on a prairie every time I open this app. For the sake of everyone’s retinas make a dark mode available before we all go permanently blind. I am literally avoiding this app now because it hurts. ALSO Thanks for being concerned about our privacy by making it so bright you can read the screen from 3 states away! All the 5 people behind me in line being able to read my account totals is just how I like to shop!

    Pros: Some of the functionality is better including the Face ID but the aesthetic design of the buttons for the accounts and some of the functionality of the pending lines is killing it for me.
    Pro: The menu selections on the bottom were actually a really nice touch. Good spot for them.

  • Unnoticeable improvements, real obstacles

    Liberty’s succeeded in making it even harder to log into your bank account. Requiring multiple verification codes for devices I’ve already verified then telling me I can’t sign in because I’m on a device that’s already been verified. Customer service is also extremely difficult to get a hold of and have not been helpful in my experience.
