Great ring

Bought a more expensive ring. Waited four days received it and the battery charger didn’t work . I immediately sent it back and purchased the RingConn ring. Received it in one day. It does everything I was looking for. It is very accurate as far as vital measurements. Not so much on steps but I didn’t buy it for that. For the price and the free app you can’t beat it. It would be nice to have more color options.

Not a fan of the latest UI update

Previous to the latest UI update I would have given this a 4 star review but the latest update makes me scroll too much. Less of a focus on the data and too much colours and larger UI elements. Technically you can still access all the info still so not deducting more stars but wish they would have stuck with the old design and focused instead on improving it rather than a complete overhaul.

Emphasis on the Con

After using the official RingConn sizer, the ring came a noticeably different size. Step, sleep and stress metrics fail to properly track information. RingConn doesn’t offer refunds for their product not working.

Version 3 App

Having been using RingConn ring & App for for a few weeks, it became clear the tech & app were high quality and easily competitive with other brands especially Oura. Easily 5 out of 5.

The ring was reliable, the app information was well presented, easy to read & digest. It was quite professional, however, sorry to say, the recent Ver 3 update (mandatory upgrade) sadly is a big step backwards and is actually quite embarrassing. I certainly won’t be showing this to any friends or family (Oura users)!

Human factors for user interfaces is very important. The ver 3 app is rather amateurish, maybe even childish: silly heart shapes instead of graphs, amateurish icons replacing meaningful data presentation, soft pastel colours making distinction difficult amongst other things: I could go on.

The previous UI was excellent: please could you at least make that UI presentation a choice in settings then maybe RingConn can still seen as being a serious competitor.

Good, but a bit lacking

The ring feels great, and the data provided is mostly good, but I wish it had better “review” areas for the stats to get a better overall view of my health profile.

Nice Smart Ring

This is a really cool ring. I look forward to seeing my sleep pattern every morning. There are 2 things that are cons about the ring though; one is that it really can’t count your steps being that it’s on your finger! It truly counts your movement. The other is that it tarnishes terribly! I’ve only owned it less than a month and it looks awful! I hate to see what it’ll look like in (6) months! I don’t plan on keep replacing it due to looks! Not sure what I’ll do! 🤔 Overall, love the features!

Great app

Best product but even better with best after support

Honestly i love the product, it's lightweight. Battery last 10 days and pretty accurate. But the real reason i am writing this review because their support team is really the best.

I purchased the product with Kickstarter pledge and they kept me updated every part of the production and shipping. After i receive my sizing kit i reached out to them and ask for help and they return to me immediately.

So i am extremely happy with this purchase and product

Weak Apple Health Export

It's kind of pointless if it can't write critical data like HRV, Body Temp and V02 to Apple Health. It cannot collaborate with other apps mostly workout apps. The fact it only write data and not read makes it non-negotiable to write the important ones. Sadly, it falls short bigtime.

It’s getting there, eventually…

The ring is nice, the team is working hard to improve the app, but there is a lot to do to improve the value/design of the app. Also, it needs to add VO2Max and write activities & HRV in Apple Health
