  • Can’t really play without unlocking a lot of upgrade and knowing metas I feel

The game relays on coins which you get form playing to purchase permanent upgrades for your person, a plus about this is no pay to win, but without these upgrades you can’t really get to the end of a level even the first level, you just get to the same point and die because it gets ridiculously hard. so your going to have to end up playing 25+ times probably more if you don’t know what to upgrade and die at the same point. Maybe I’m just bad at the game and I think if you choose the right abilities/meta then you might be able to make it further, but I also feel like without the permanent upgrades you can’t do much besides redo the same missions over and over again, die at the same part until you get enough coins to choose the abilities you actually want to play with. Personally not my type of game because of this, but it’s not bad. It’s a simple and small game. I just don’t like how hard it gets out of nowhere without the right ability’s and permanent upgrades, I just want to play with whatever I want and be able to do good, but I don’t think its that type of game.

  • Awesome game but sadly....

Very good would recommend, cant wait to try all the new updates and extras and bonuses, i want to see the anime tv animated series as well!

Sadly tho i cannt play the game on my iphone 6 plus on ios 12, it closes instantly.
  • Moonglow

Let me start off by saying this game is very enjoyable and easy to progress in. I like that games are limited to 30 minutes and every run has a different outcome based on your abilities. There’s lots of “secrets” and discoveries, I find this very enjoyable!

I know when you start the game there is a photosensitivity warning, I am not an individual that typically struggles with this issue. However, on the level “Moonglow,” without warning the screen started to warp and wave and pulsate colors. I found a setting to stop some of the motion but it was very difficult to look at or play through. When the stage moved me to the next area it got worse, with no option to turn off the motion. I had to give my phone to my boyfriend to try to finish the level because of how extremely dizzy it was making me. I feel this level really needs an extra warning to tell people about this. Ive not had these issues with any other levels and I felt extremely dizzy for awhile after not having my phone anymore.

Like I said, I think it’s a great game. It’s very enjoyable, but “Moonglow” really needs to have a second warning for players. I appreciate the artistry of the effect, but I found it very debilitating. I hope they can add this extra accessibility warning on the level, or add another setting to make it easier on the eyes perhaps.

  • A lot of fun

Such an fun game to just pick up and play. I’ve never played a roguelite game before and this makes me want to play more! I started playing on iOS but it’s on Xbox and with a controller it’s a lot easier to control. No complaints at all
  • Great value, addictive, tons of secrets: the perfect mobile game

I bought this game in February 2023 a bit before the DLC dropped. I don’t play it constantly but I’m not looking for something like that. It’s just a few dollars + extra for the DLC and that’s SO refreshing in a sea of free to play and microtransactions. There are loads of secrets and unlockables that you’ll come across, though you might need a guide to keep some things straight because there are just so many little things in the game. It’s simple to pick up and you’ll get sucked in if it clicks with you.

Also, take a look at the bestiary. The dad jokes and other jokes are great. I love all the extra details that show this game was a labor of love. Thanks so much for making it available on mobile. It’s nearly perfect here.
…just be careful not to minimize out of the game for too long because it will reset after too long.

  • Faithful port, absolutely perfect monetisation

This is an almost exact 1:1 port of the PC version, the main differences being the portrait orientation (which you can change in settings at any time), two optional ways to watch ads for rewards (which do not detract from the game, you can disable them entirely and be at no disadvantage compared to PC), and some niche secrets that required you to type in messages on the PC version will require you to connect some keyboard to your phone to do them the same way on mobile.

The monetisation of this game is a shining beacon in the dark land of modern mobile gaming, no forced ads whatsoever, no subscriptions, no microtransactions for cosmetics or resources, just the free base game and the (very) cheaply priced DLCs, which are absolutely worth their modest price.

To cap it all off, you can play the game completely offline. It truly is the perfect mobile game

  • Great game, one problem

Absolutely amazing game, very addictive & loads to do. My only problem is that you can’t continue a run if you have the app closed for a short minute. Unfortunately just lost a run of over 600 minutes due to replying to a text. Other than that it is spot on, no complaints 😏

Keep up the good work & PLEASE make it so you can continue from where you left it 😔

  • I like game

    Good game lot of content
  • Game restarts if you switch apps 😡

Was really enjoying this game but it has a massive problem. Levels are 30 minutes long and sometimes when you switch between apps, even for a moment, theres a chance the game will restart and theres no way to continue your last game - ITS GONE. I was 17 minutes into one of the hardest levels I had played with 3 EVOs and the game is now gone.

  • Backup.

So i like this game it is nice and no annoying forced ads etc. But seriously what is up with the backups? İ started playing and sometimes minimize the game yo do other stuff or come back later and it worked fine no loading screen and just finish the match i started but after a couple times like this everytime i open the game the backup screen comes up seems i had 2 backup saves.. anyways later i play finish some achievements and then next time i open game again the backup screen shows. So i choose the latest date ofcourse. Later i notice the achievement i got qasent there anymore.. so that really annoyed me. İ deleted the game and reinstalled it and there are no saves nothing. Which is weird because when i open game i see it is connected to the gamecenter .. and i was considering buying the dlcs too but like this i am pretty confused as to what would happen if i had to switch phones later and nothing could get carried over. Why no make a google login or fb which saves the backups there orsomething cuz this is very fked up..
