  • Changed my yoga practice beyond recognition. 🤸‍♀️

    As someone who has completed 4 teacher training courses and who started practicing yoga 22 years ago, I can honestly say I’ve never encountered anyone who knows as much about anatomy as Celest - no one! - and, she actually makes it interesting and fun which, I never thought could be possible!! My yoga practice has changed so much with her lessons. I’ve a mountain of yoga injuries due to a hung ho attitude to yoga, hyper-mobility and careless tutoring but, I now actually know how to respect my body and protect myself from harm (and how to care for old injuries). I love the lessons. They are varied, unique, fun, crazily in-depth and multi layered. Her enthusiasm is also extremely infectious. She is a yoga teacher whom yoga teachers go to for tuition but she is also someone who explains everything so well that a beginner could easily follow her instruction. I so wish that she had been my first yoga teacher so I wouldn’t have formed so many bad and dangerous habits. Love this app. Next level!!!

  • Celest will transform your practice!

    Cel’s holistic approach to yoga makes this app so unique and amazing!! I’ve tried so many new and interesting things like neuro drills in my yoga practice with Cel’s classes that i’ve never done before and it’s been so helpful in deepening my practice! Thank you for creating this app to share your knowledge :)

  • Fantastic app!

    Celest fuses in-depth anotomical information and insights with super fun and easy to follow, yet challenging, classes. Her enthusiasm is infectious and her bio mechanical knowledge is second to none. I’m currently doing the 21 day glute challenge and finding the short but effective daily classes super manageable and great for maintaining consistency. Highly recommend!

  • Refinding my love for movement

    This app has been a fantastic resource for me post c-section. The positive and upbeat classes keep me motivated, even when I’m feeling tired (which is often with a four month old!). I don’t feel like I have to do everything “perfect” because the overall vibe is about curiosity, having fun and trying new things.

  • Best yoga app offering ever 🤩

    The content this app provides is incredible! There is lots of variety to expand your own practice but an incredible offering of learning materials! I would and have highly recommended this app to students and teachers alike! This much info for the price it’s on is an absolute bargain!
  • Mind and body opening, keeps changing my life

    Celest Pereira is a gift to yoga community. The app is a rich source of various practices that can support both advancing in yoga, improving mobility and injury recovery (if you know what to choose). Celest delivers science to meet yoga and basically my yoga is improving thanks to classes with her. Download the app to check her GIFTs - few free yoga sessions which are gold. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to improve their body health.

    Celest’s app is a game changer for movers and teachers of movement. She keeps me inspired and feeling great from the inside-out! I have aha! Moments in every session I do. Plus she offers an amazing variety, different length, different anatomical focus’s, guest teachers. 100% worth the investment.

    I just love Celeste’s approach. This app mixes traditional methods with the latest knowledge and gets your brain working, which in turn allows your body to move in ways that it ‘wouldn’t’ before!

    Celeste is constantly updating & advancing her knowledge so that you know you are always learning the most up to date information when it comes to keeping the body & the brain fit & well. As a yoga teacher I find her classes inspirational & fun with a real warmth to them. Really LOVE this app, I can train with her whenever I like 💜

  • Very affordable way to help with home yoga practice

    Love that you can find classes by choosing different options (eg duration, specific body parts etc). Would be even better if you also included a tag for predominantly floor-base, standing, or very mixed - I can’t do anything standing atm due to an injury and presume other people might prefer one or the other at times, too.
    Quality of videos is mixed - some seem to be HQ specifically recorded for this, others seem to be zoom recordings, and there are also some “guest teachers”.
