Very frustrating app!
The alarm company that installed the alarm updated our alarm system with the latest version due to connection difficulties. When it is working it is really good, however, there is a major issue with setting and unsetting the alarm remotely on my apple iPhone. If I have set the alarm previously I have to clear my previous uses from the Home Screen before I can use it again. This is very frustrating, this really need looking into!

Was just ok before
The app has always been temperamental but now you have to close the app every time you use it. I think iOS 18 has broke it!

Works intermittently, sometimes connects but mostly getting ‘system does not appear to be online, please check serial number’ message
Connectivity issues
I live away from the property and I regularly can’t connect to the property which is an issue as it is empty and the notifications are random.
Not very good
This is garbage, much worse than the app it replaced. Constantly offline. I’m considering getting a different alarm fitted so I don’t have to put up with this poor performance any longer. I’ve lost confidence in my system since the installer set this latest app up for me whilst he was servicing my alarm.

App not connecting
This worked for the first week now won’t connect,just getting a spinning wheel then says system doesn’t seem to be online check serial number shame really was ok when it worked.

Unreliable
I’ve only been using this app for about 3 weeks but am very concerned about its reliability. It quickly became apparent that, if it was to connect to the system at all without just a spinning wheel, the app needs to be manually closed after every use and reopened when needed. On several occasions now we are convinced an alarm was successfully set but on returning later have found the system UNset with no record in the log of it having been set in the first place. I don’t think this is the alarm system at fault but the app reporting erroneous results, such as confirming system set when it hasn’t actually happened. I shall continue to monitor and will track dates and times in an effort to provide useful feedback to the developer as I’d really like to be able to use this app with confidence.

Definitely better than mk1 app but come on let’s get this on Apple Watch !! It’s perfect to port over even if only arm/disarm !!
Boots me out
I’ve just installed this app, everything is set up fine, but each time I go to connect, it says connecting and the boots me out back ro opening the app? I have uninstalled, clear cache. Updated my iPhone and nothing seems to work??? I have tried this app on 3 different iPhones and they are all doing the same thing? So unfortunately I’m giving it 1* as I can’t use it, so pointless having it.

Not working
Get to the first page site 1 and it just forces close I’ve tried deleting and re installing and restarting phone so the app is useless for me and my other family members as doing same on their phones annoying
