Health monitoring on steroids!
An excellent companion to the data Watch is already collecting, making it even more useful and accessible in realtime. The accurate metrics and anlysis have given me actionable items to further improve my health and had made a measurable difference in the couple of weeks I have been using it already. I wear Watch mainly in Airplane mode and this is still functional as a standalone app, which is fundamental to my use. Thank you for developing such an important service, sincerely!

Not For Me!
I’ve been using this app for about 10 days and it honestly INCREASES my stress level. There are so many variables that can affect HRV that are just part of living … have a heavy meal? Have a glass of wine? Have a cold? Drink a cup of coffee? You’ll get alerts. I’m aware these things have a physical impact on my body, but if I can’t eat a normal meal at a restaurant without 3 hours of being panicked by “overload” readings, there’s an issue. Plus my Apple Watch essentially allows me access to similar data. For the record, I’m active (runner, yoga, etc) and hydrated and generally careful with what I put in my body … but this had me in a constant panic … discussed issue with my physician, but testing shows I’m fine. Also, pretty overpriced given I can get most of the data free.

Great but
If you take adhd meds, then your heart rate is elevated and so I’m constantly getting notified that I’m stressed when I’m not. If it was tweak-able or had an option that I took meds that day I’d subscribe in a heartbeat.
Perfect Apple Watch App
StressWatch has transformed how I manage daily stress. The real-time monitoring and actionable insights help me stay calm and balanced. Definitely worth downloading for anyone seeking better mental wellness.
Useful for those who lack interoception
I’m an autistic adult and I have a hard time monitoring my body for signs of stress. This means that by the time I realize there’s a problem, I’m already panicking or melting down. This watch has been helping me keep track of signs of stress and I’ve found it to be pretty accurate. Correlation doesn’t equal causation but there are a lot of trends to my data that I never would have seen if I hadn’t used the app to track it. It works and I love the addition of real time tracking now, too.

If you have anxiety, don’t use apps like these
I tried it out for a couple of months and paid the subscription. I had to delete the app because every time I get a notification saying I’m stressed, my heart rate would go up, panic would set in. Especially when the recordings stay consistently stressed. I’d stress about being stressed. After I deleted the app I felt a whole lot better. When my watch noticed me through the app that my hrv dropped 0% i immediately thought I would faint. Maybe it’s good for people who have no anxiety issues. But if you’re like me, stay away from apps like these

Stress free
I have tried multiple stress monitoring apps and subscribed to the in app purchases. Fortunately they are all great and what not. But what drew me back to StressWatch application is the easiness of understanding how your stress is measured and the addition of more frequent notifications coming to my Apple Watch. And most importantly is the colored face you get notified based on your stress levels. I’ll also add that this app keeps me calm on hard stressful days from work!!!

Notifications too frequent
It’s a great app…. Except the amount of notifications and how frequently they get sent. It is a little annoying I don’t think people need to be told their stress level that frequently it seems to me that the app just wants to make people stress about being stressed 🤷🏼♀️
Insightful!
Look guys this is a great app and I would definitely shell out the money for the pro version but not as a subscription. I want to pay once and that’s it.
Apart from this, I don’t see a reason why anyone shouldn’t have this app if they’re the proud owner of an Apple Watch!

Horrific
Doesn’t even load. How is one to use it? Stresses me out more. Trash
