The App freezes and doesn’t have all the items the website has, had to order from 2 places, the online store and the App to get what what was needed.
Hope I received all my points toward my account for my purchase.
Also couldn’t reset my password without the help from a representative.

Claim Denied
This was my first experience trying to use my FSA benefits. I ordered a Hyperice percussion massager with my FSA card. Their app said everything they sell is 100% FSA approved, but after uploading my documentation, my claim was denied. So now I will have to repay it out of pocket. Great tool for FSA purchases
This app is easy to use. I found that I could configure voice interaction with the app to find the products I want. It was amazingly quick returning my results.
I also noticed on the items where you might buy more than 1, there are quantity choice buttons so you don’t have to scroll through a numbers wheel. It was really nice just to tap on the “2” button rather than deal with a spinner.
All the item details are included so you know what you are getting.
It looks like the tool offers reminders and guidance regarding the FSA process. It’s nice to have all this info in the same place.
