  • App issues

    I haven’t been able to apply renew or upload anything in the gateway system in three years. I’ve called multiple times for the number that helps with Gateway. I’ve had people at the Dfacs Office transfer me to the department to help with this. I’ve seen multiple emails. I can login I can see my case, but I don’t see any notices. I cannot renew anything on Gateway. I cannot upload anything on Gateway and every time I login I have to create a new account link my other accounts.

  • Frustrating and Inefficient: My Terrible Experience with GA Gateway Login

    I recently had a frustrating experience trying to log in to the GA Gateway website. The site is supposed to provide easy access to various state services, but it was anything but user-friendly. First off, the website took forever to load, and once it finally did, I encountered numerous error messages. The login process itself was overly complicated, requiring multiple steps and a ridiculous number of security questions.

    Even after I managed to get through the initial hurdles, I was repeatedly kicked out of the system for no apparent reason. Each time I tried to log back in, I had to go through the entire process all over again. On top of that, the website's interface is outdated and confusing, making it difficult to find the information I needed.

    To make matters worse, the customer support was unhelpful. I waited on hold for nearly an hour, only to be told that they couldn't resolve my issue and that I should try again later. Overall, my experience with GA Gateway was extremely disappointing and a huge waste of time. The state seriously needs to invest in improving this service.

  • Why change?

    The way the app was before was so much better, now it’s completely dysfunctional.
  • Stuck on “Please Wait”

    The app originally worked great until this year (2024). I’m unable to get past the title page. It has been stuck on “please wait” for months. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Nothing! Same problem continues.
  • Do not waste your time!

    This app is an embarrassment to the state. Everything about it is a joke. From logging in to actually achieving any benefit in an attempt towards using it for its intended purposes. It gives you no real insight about your status, nor allows you to input any required documents. If you’re counting on this app to get you approved/reinstated - forget about it! When your benefits are up for review, they mail you papers insisting you reapply via this app…… GO IN PERSON TO TOUR LOCAL OFFICE & DO IT THE OLD FASHION WAY!!!

  • Don’t install doesn’t even boot up

    This app doesn’t let you log in and says there is an update in store and I try to update it but there isn’t even an update in the store. I’ve even tried deleting the app and reinstalling and still says it. Don’t even waste your time. This is supposed to be an government app/website but barely works half the time.

    This app and the whole system is a joke. The app never works and trying to actually talk to someone is even more of a joke. If you really have a problem you will have to go to a office to get a human to help
  • Don’t even waste your time.

    The app is useless and just takes space on your phone. When you attempt to login, it tells you to updated the already updated app and will not let you go any further. Just do no waste you phone space or time trying to get this to work.

    The app will not let me login it keeps saying update but when I downloaded it for the second time the app wasn’t updated itself
