This app is useless!
What is the point in having this app when half the time I’m trying to log in and constantly getting kicked out. I have waited 4 months to hear anything about my renewal. I’m waiting for renewal still with no word yet except that they are working on it. I hope they fix the app issues.hello 229
Not worth the headache
App doesn’t work 99.2% of the time!!! It’s horrible. Nothing but a headache. If you do get logged in then you can’t upload documents like you’re supposed to or it says it successful but then they cancel your benefits cause they say they didn’t get documents!! Now here we are in the middle of Dec and I didn’t receive benefits for some reason and I did everything I was supposed to do!Show lessSIS1973

WORTHLESS PIECE OF JUNK!!!
It keeps telling me to update the app but there’s no way to do so! It says that the updated version is 2.12 but this is the same version that is on my phone! I can’t access my account whatsoever now for anything! I went to my local office for help but they have no idea either! I couldn’t access my notices before this “update” and now I can’t even login or access my account anymore! This app DOES NOT WORK AT ALL! I’m been having problems with my app since December 7th I was supposed to have received my food stamps on that day .
Still NOTHING and when I try to check for why on this app it’s saying my password is incorrect plus when I did get to login, it didn’t show when I will be receiving my food stamps . My family HAS to eat , someone needs to fix this ASAP!Show lessndjshdbdbsj
Horrible app
This app is horrible. They need to get it together. It always tells you either your passwords not right or go to the app to update to the latest version and when you do that it’s a black screen y’all need to pull it together and get it together.BuffBuff78

Every time I try and open the app, it keeps telling me that I need to update the app. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it still tells me that I need to update the app and try again.Goofystoner420
Update
The app is OK but when you trying to update it, it’s not allowing you to update it. It runs slow and it does not show you everything on this app that you want to see when you’re on desktop.LATISH88
Bug fixes
