Truly amazing staff and a beautiful place

From checking in we were off to a perfect start with Mohamed big thank you to you and all the boys on the front desk couldn’t ask for more 👌👌👌👍👍the roof top bar and pool were perfect couldn’t think of a better place in London to spend sitting in the sunshine with amazing service big thanks to Samir,Lewis and Vincent and the rest of the gang your all amazing keep doing what your doing it’s perfect 👌 xx

Glitchy, sadly

Was able to check in via the app once but now can’t log in as it’s not recognising me. Can’t see spa treatment menu or book a spa treatment or the pool and as that’s the main reason for staying here it’s disappointing. Cute app and idea but it needs to work please.

Loved the Art’Otel 🧡

From pulling up in my car and welcomed with big smiles and attention from door staff, to taking my luggage to my fabulous, user-friendly room - and being checked in by the amazing Justine - first impressions filled me with excitement by the client-focused care.
I loved the hotel and its facilities so much I booked in for a second night.
This is my new base when I’m in London I’ve decided.

Very disappointing

App simply doesn't work, paid extra for'high room', no view whatsoever just a train line that keeps you awake at night. Overpriced and tech doesn't work. Fabulous building but very much a work in progress.

What an experience

Was lied to by the bookings team about a view on the phone ..
given a room that had someone staying in it already
Second room key did not work

Took a deposit so I could order as we used the service
Then asked by room service to pay immediately

Offered us a free drink …
Really
Hospitality industry.
They won’t get repeat business the way they are going . Shocking and disappointing

APP Poor !

After setting up took 45 mins !!!

Proceeded to try and log in - no good

Check in - Not good

At Hotel staff didn’t know how it worked or couldn’t check in early as it described

Overall a poor start to the trip

Dirty disgusting used tissue under the bed

It started so well with the app check in and the key card on the phone what could go wrong? Try going up and down in the lift 4-5 times each time you get in it and with no stairs accessible you have no choice, you hold your phone near the control panel a bit like you do when you pay for something press 7 and it goes past because someone wants to get in on 9 and so on and on.
My daughter being inquisitive looked under the bed to find a scrunched up old tissue we left it there not knowing what could be on it and told reception on our way out to dinner, he said he would send someone up straight away. Later when we got back the tissue was still there with a tired kid and WhatsApp the only way I could see to contact them I messaged them they didn't seem that bothered they said what would you like us to do, I said nothing it's to late now my daughter is in bed, I didn't sleep that well it was on my mind how clean actually was the room?
Had they even changed the sheets?
Couldn't wait to get out of there manky tissues under the bed it's disgusting

Soooo many glitches

It doesn’t work. Can’t share a room key, can’t get a room key, can’t see menus. As a guest pretty much no help at all despite being referred to use it by emails etc. Staff here say not to use it due to so many glitches!

Can’t even view the menu on the TV in the room as it’s tiny! Disappointing to say the least.
