Peridot
This app is very expensive, it costs 5 pound per dot. Not everyone can afford that. U should bring back finding nest pieces! That made the game 10x better, when my sister introduced me to this game I had a baby dot of course but once it was fully grown the game was boring as I can’t afford to breed and make more dots to look after and see new designs! Since both of my dots are full grown and I can’t afford anymore there is nothing for me to do and the game is boring as I don’t have a goal to work for (growing them up to full grown) and my battery drains very fast but that doesn’t bother me u should make nest building again so that it isn’t so expensive.
Thank u for listening goodbye

Fun, cute and social..
Peridot is a cute, fun way to spend time. It’s nice to breed your own unique dots and watch them grow. Everyone is helpful, and I enjoy the social interaction. The only downside is the cost of items in the store. Not really feasible for children, or those with no spare money.
Great game great premise but…. Money grabbing
Honestly after dropping around $30 the first week in game I think I am no longer going to be playing. Every event is just a new purchase. The amount of money that goes into this is just not worth the limited game play. After your dots are adults they just gain growth but for zero point. There is no reason to even care for them after other then to fill daily quests. After, you dont even need to take care of the rest. Honestly I expected more out of this game. Its just a greedy money grab. Dont waste your money and time. Its not worth it. The graphics are ok, but its the same animations over again. You get nothing but growth for completing training. There really is zero reason to 100% their tricks esp after they are grown. I got excited in the first couple weeks. Im just done with the game. Just go back to pokemon. At least you can probably catch some free pets. The ar use is practically the same, and you dont have to throw money at it constantly if you dont want too.
The balance between price of items and game play is way off. Its not worth it. Dont waste your time and money. Overpriced and it literally requires you to pay for every dot past the first 2. Maybe if things balance out i may come back. But as it stands, its just not worth it.

Best game ever , -a girl 💖
Beat game ever , I definitely would recommend it, this game is my favourite game now but to the peridot makers maybe let us customise a dot or two
Super cute
It’s soo cute, would be better if you were able to find or dig or nests instead of $7
Other ways to get dots
I think that it would be beneficial to this game if there was an alternate method of getting nests required to hatch a new dot. Maybe it could be like walking a certain distance will give you a nest or there is a set of more challenging tasks that you need to receive a nest. I hope this is implemented as I know a lot of people who have rapidly uninstalled the game just because of this paywall.
Pls add this.

Unacceptable pricing
I’m not opposed to paying to play games, but that’s for things like an upfront cost to download the app or purchasing unnecessary extra resources if I want the experience to be easier. This game wants to you pay every time for an item that is essential to the main purpose of the game. That’s messed up.

Want to love it…
Pros: The dots are cute, and it’s cute to see them react to being fed, pet or played with. It’s neat to forage for food and toys for them basically anywhere.
Cons: like many other reviews mention, it’s expensive and frustrating that a major part of the game - hatching new dots - is only possible by paying for new nests. If you could craft nests or use in game currency to buy them as well, that would go a long way to improving the game and letting players progress by hatching new dots. My phone also gets super hot after about five minutes of game play, which means extensive battery drain, too. If I play for about 10 minutes, my phone will go from about 80% charged to low battery. I don’t see how I’m ever supposed to explore with my dots in the real world by going on walks which is a frequent dot desire to earn points to help them grow if my phone is both overheating and battery is drained to the point where I can only play for longer than 5 minutes by having my phone charging while I play. The game will also get laggy when switching between my dots, too.

Don’t download
Cute and visually appealing my daughter loved it however you can only hatch 2 eggs and then you can’t get any further unless you pay $9.99 per nest. Ridiculous.
Only free to play for the first 2 pets
Really cute game and I enjoyed it until I hit the pay wall after a day! A real shame you can’t breed more than 2 pets for free, which means you can play for free for a day or two then it’s $10 per new egg. $100 just to breed 10 virtual pets? I’m sorry but that’s really scammy…
