Scam..

Saw and ad and said it was free, nuh uh. Goofy little apps like this get you to download it by a scam and when you uninstall it its too late and they can say “#1 vpn app! One million+ downloads!”

Worst VPN server and pathetic after sales service.

I bought an Apple Vision Pro, and for that purposes, I took the subscription. Each time when I tried to activate the subscription it says restore subscription. Multiple times I’ve approached them and each time they have failed to address the query and the sole purpose for which I had purchased this VPN goes completely waste. It is quite disheartening that I’ve written multiple messages and they don’t respond properly to any of them. It feels like they just exploiting the customers by stating that the VPN works with Apple Vision Pro. Unfortunately, it has not been happening and I hope others are not facing the same hellish experience.

Not what I thought it was.

Doesn’t work for what I wanted, still can’t watch TV in another country as expected (BBBC iPlayer ITVX). No information on how it actually works. Not good for a novice like me, may be better for someone with more tech knowledge.

Something is off! I’m somehow connected to Russia instead of Switzerland

As mentioned in the Title, something is off with this VPN provider. I’m in the US and when I connect to Switzerland, none of the streaming services work and instead I use google and receiving a search result back from Russia 🤔

New update broke everything

This was a pretty good VPN that worked fine. Then I was forced to update and now it doesn’t work anymore. It’s a pity.

Keeps connecting to Russia 🇷🇺 instead of Switzerland 🇨🇭

The Switzerland location on my iOS device is not working. I’m in the US and when SafeShell VPN is connected to Switzerland 🇨🇭 and I google (shopping) for items, I get results back from Russia 🇷🇺 in rubles. 🤔
