Poor app support
This app doesn’t work well. It needs to be updated to the latest iOS. Poor support with Bluetooth. Poor support with input charging connection. Technical support not available.DollsRobatto
Critical Wi-Fi Data Missing
App does not report what Wi-Fi network it is connected to. Nor does it tell you what is the MAC address nor its current IP address.
I assume that the Bluetooth interface is used to switch the link to WiFi. Its use is not described and my iPhone does report that it was paired.

Missing push notifications
This app serves its purpose nicely, but it would be a 5 star app if we could have push notifications when the battery hits a certain configurable low water mark and separately a high water mark. This would be useful in the event we need to use a generator to charge in overcast days.
Also, is it possible to be able to view the same solar generators from multiple devices? When I signed in on my iPad, I was signed out on my iPhone.Show lessTheMeatSlicer
Works with the Explorer 2000 Plus
I have seen some stating that the App doesn’t work with the 2000. As of July 14 I can confirm that it does.
I can’t say if they changed something but perhaps those folks can upgrade their firmware now? Or they have started manufacturing them differently???

No Bluetooth on 2000 Pro
I was very disappointed to find that bluetooth is only available on the 3000 Pro product. So I am scrolling through websites...and I see the Jackery app. I put it on my apple tablet. And my product is arriving the next day. My 2000 Pro comes, I go to hook up the bluetooth...only to find out it doesn't have it. Nowhere in the info about this app does it tell you. In fact, the only place in the website that bluetooth is mentioned is a feature for 3000 Pro. Has it crossed anyones' minds at Jackery that perhaps we should make this clear?Show lessjcs1962

I see that this app is available to use with the Explorer 3000 Pro only. I hope that it will be compatible with the Explorer 2000 Pro someday. It would be a valuable tool. Thank you.Momalalala

Bluetooth and Wifi aren’t currently features of Jackery Solar Generators so what is the purpose of this app other than to act as an ad?Rob Deez
