Doesn’t recognise my login details.

Useless

This app is just useless tried 10 times to set it up and kept getting the message that something went wrong and to try again .If you expect your customers to use it get it working first.

Great app

It’s great to see all my insurances together, it would be great to see my health insurance policy aswell

Can’t log in

Keeps telling me something’s gone wrong and won’t let me log in

Unable to login

Try to log into the new insurance app with the same details as used for banking app and keeps telling me something went wrong’ and to try again. Not impressed and I’ve been a Suncorp account holder since 2015.

Can’t register

I have car insurance with Suncorp but every time I try to register an account with the Suncorp insurance app, it fails to register and tells me to ring their support line. Why bother with adding an insurance app if people can’t register.

Can’t change login email address

There doesn’t seem to be a way to change the login email address without closing the account and creating a new one. Is this intentional???
