Worst ever
The app doesn’t launch and the website doesn’t work. Called customer service and they are no help at all. After multiple calls nothing ever gets fixed.

Both the website and the app are not working. “ Something went wrong” message has been there since early October. Someone really needs to look into it and fix it.
Wish I passed
I regret using this company for the car loan. I was able to make one payment and select the principal only but now that isn’t an option so even if I want to make an extra payment, it goes to the interest and principal. The hold time via phone for this company is about an hr

Run away from this company
App doesn't work, website doesn't work. 2 hours on hold for 3 consecutive days trying to get through to customer service. If your dealer says 'Finance through Driveway'...Do Not do it...please. 1 star is generous...complete failure.

Useless..
Unbelievable how unreliable this app is, such a shame for a “Finance Company” to have such poor customer service. Its unfortunate how quickly they charge you the extra fee for being late on a payment when the resources they provide for you to make payments don't even work. A scam in my opinion. Hopefully the late fees that they are stealing from people are put in to fixing their app and website.

Can’t even begin to create an account…
Then I get a letter saying they need my insurance information updated and I can do it online. Except I can’t because it won’t let me create an account.
No one will answer the phone either.
I have no idea about my payments because I can’t see the history on them.
I could never recommend this to anyone.

App and Online Site Doesn’t Work
I don’t understand HOW the app AND the website doesn’t work. So now I have to call or mail in my payment? This is extremely inconvenient. I can’t even create an account.
Some of the reviews from a year ago say “simply put your first name”. Well I did and the website and app both state, “Oops! Unfortunately something went wrong.”
There’s obviously something wrong with this company if they have a 1.3 rate from their current customers. I hate to look for another finance company but that may be the route I need to take.
