Nothing Works
I just created an account and when I was prompted to sign in it doesn’t remember any of my login credentials. I clicked “forgot password” to reset my password via email, however it never sent an email. I called and the phone rings. The website on the pc does the same thing. This is terrible. I was hoping to set up autopay but I guess I can’t.Show lessa girl with a bug

Pay Button
Pay button below bottom of the screen when you try to scroll up it doesn’t allow you to press the pay button. Have to call in every time to make a payment.chrs d

I really hope your company is not as bad as this app. The website barely works as well. How does a finance company not have a working app in order for customers to pay their bill?
App is trash and you cannot do anything. You can click create account or manage account but then it just goes to a blank white screen.Show lessT1MEK1LLER
Create an Account
I have attempted countless times since I bought my vehicle to simply create an account. Every single attempt ends with an error message popping up. I can 100% verify my information is correct. I’ve tried through my phone, tablet and desktop computer with no success. I’ve called, can never get anyone to answer or even return my calls. Frustrating does not begin to describe my experience so far! I’ve washed my hands of this app and will continue to call in my payment…SMFH 🤬Show lessE. Leigha

Worst app in the entire universe
It doesn’t remember the login credentials.
It doesn’t show the principal out of interest.
It doesn’t give any payment due dates or reminders.
It doesn’t give any payment confirmations.
It doesn’t show the completed transactions.
Totally a worthy soulless app. One star is lot more for this app. This deserves a negative star ratings.

Why do I have to login EVERY TIME
Why can’t there be a PIN number or Face ID??? And then it never remembers my login information, so o have to change my password EVERY TIME I LOG IN. And also, it ALWAYS directs me to an outside browser to make my payment. Keep everything within the app, otherwise there’s no point. Get with the times and develop a more user friendly non-archaic app. PLEASE.Show lessMrsCrissey
