What did you do????
I used to be able to make a payment. Now I’m late and CAN NOT make a payment because the payment accept button is below my screen and absolutely impossible to push. You guys are f*cling up my credit. There are literally millions of apps, this is not new technology and I am using an iPhone, so literally one of the oldest smartphones platform and you brilliant people created a payment app that can not be used.Show lessWWG1WGA17
Terrible App
Whichever Project Manager or UX Analyst is on this app should be reassigned. This will only be 5 stars if you’re looking for an app with extreme latency and log in problems. Having this slow app is extremely disrespectful to my 14 Pro Max. App is not even fully running, it just pulls up a browser which I can’t seem to understand how it’s still slow on a browser. 😐 I know college students who could make a better app than this. Can’t Submit Payment
I read some other reviews with the same problem. I was able to log in and fill in my banking info, but I cannot submit payment. The submit payment button is inaccessible; I can scroll just long enough to see the button, but then the screen doesn’t stay so I can’t actually click it. Super frustrating.Show lessMamaBearBF3
Smooth
As long as you read carefully as you fill out your new information, especially where it asks for first name only (not full name), it goes extremely smoothly to get set up and make a payment!OrientationQueen
Horrible app
I hate the fact that they made me reregister, and I am unable to get my account information. Still waiting for approval what the heck is that about? Going on 20 days and still unable to get the app to function properly and now I need to call in to make a payment or go directly on their website. This is ridiculous in the day and age that we have more labs available.Show lessKevon76
Please fix this app
I can’t event submit my payment, I spent like 3 hours trying to get the account setup because it kept giving me errors and glitching. After I got logged in and set up my bank info the app would not let me submit payment because the submit button is not on the screen and when scrolling down to where it is the screen auto scrolls back up and can’t access submit… I assume late payments will be at a all time high for this month.Show lessKingKong3D
Terrible app. Not an upgrade at all
The app is terrible. There is no way to see a payment you’ve made. It doesn’t update. I don’t get confirmation of payments in this new app like I did with the previous payment processing. This is a downgrade. You can’t even sign out once you’ve signed in and there’s no way to update your payment information. I use two different bank accounts regularly and I can’t even add the second one to this app. DisappointingShow lessCatherine Kel

This new app is horrible, I was just on the phone setting up my account and I tried to log into this app and it’s saying wrong email. When I was just on the phone while someone was helping me. I tried logging into it on a web page and it seem to work just fine but I’m having trouble with thee app . Also to top it off when I made a payment didn’t receive no email of confirmation or nothing.Show lessselenaxcv
Garbage App
Garbage app compared to previous. Last one wasn’t great but you could pay quick and got a verification text. New app feels like a little kid designed it, clunky, barely functions, feel like I entered my login information three times just to “register my account”, no verification text, recent payment info doesn’t update / no recent payment info shown. How is this an app?
As of May 2, 2023, I have no idea what’s going on with this app. The only way to manage your account and payments is through the website. What was wrong with the original app? There was no point of having this new “app”. It wasn’t the best, but I wish I could go back and use the original app. Can’t wait until I’m done with my payments.
