  • It got worse

    I didn't think that this app could be any worse, but now it doesn't even give me a login prompt anymore. The spinner just spins until I am stuck looking at a white screen.

    I have been trying for a whole month now to create an account and I am always getting an error message when I chose a user name. No matter how many times I try a new user name it never works and it doesn’t tell you in detail why it cannot be used. This is frustrating. How are new customer supposed to pay their monthly bill if you cannot use the app. I even tried the automated system to pay my bill and it’s saying they can’t find my account. This is frustrating. Is anyone else having this problem?

  • Is this company even legit ?

    I just financed a new car a few months ago and this entire time I have been trying to get ahold of the company and they will not answer any phone calls. I cannot access my account on this app at all or give them my proof of insurance. I’ve been paying my note through the automated system just to receive a swiftly spoken confirmation number and that’s it. Cannot email them and have not received a single email from them. Honestly don’t know what to do I may just report them if I can even do that.

  • Financial Literacy?!

    No pay off amount shown or available. No ability to see full payment history. No view of interest and principal of payment. No easy access to a comprehensive monthly statement. It feels suspiciously like DFC would rather you did know all those pesky details. Just make your payment…don’t worry about how much you’re paying in interest or how many fees you may be incurring. Just compare communication you may receive from your bank vs this consumer deception. Pathetic.

  • App is worthless

    This app and company have got to be a joke. It’s still saying my application to use it is Pending Approval, months after needing to sign up for a “new” account because their programmers did not just port it over from the old app. From the universally bad reviews I’m not the only one having issues with this app that was obviously not tested before being pushed out- and no updates in two months tells me they’re not making any effort to fix it. Not that I have much more luck trying to pay my bill at their buggy website, every single month it’s an ordeal as they always tell me my password is wrong, even though it’s saved in my phone- I’ve been waiting an hour now for my password reset email. I’m really regretting going with this company to save half a percent on my car loan; if their technology is this antiquated and their tech department is this badly under-funded, I don’t trust them to keep my info secure either. Not to mention many hours wasted just trying to get in to pay my bill, which shows a complete lack of respect and consideration for their customers.

  • Atrocious

    The old app wasn't fun, but it was at least serviceable. It logged you in automatically and the UI was decently intuitive. They managed to make everything worse with this changeover. You have to log in every time, and the window to do it has no option to remember the password. The UI is horrible, and if they fixed it today, it wouldn't be soon enough.

    So far I’ve had no issues, I only gave a four star due to the fact I haven’t made my first payment yet(leaving room for improvement just in case). Signing up was extremely simply with no issues. Just hope the online registration of my car goes as well lol
  • i’m going to sell my car just so i don’t have to deal w this loan anymore

    I have had my car for barely a year now and they have switched their method of payment so many times. first it was over the phone. that was fine. then it was in an app. which was perfect. then they switched the app to this and i cant even log in and i have to go to a website every time. i want to sell my car just so i can get a new car w a new loan through a diff service.

  • Terrible app to fit a terrible company

    Another division of Lithia Motors that will let you down. This company has without notice forced its customers to (attempt to)use this app after making their previous app obsolete and unusable without any notice. Once you download that app and try to use it you are prompted to wait for approval….but the approval never comes. So the app is useless and you’ll have to access your account through your browser. I would refinance through another company after you spend a half hour on the phone trying to get your ten day payoff.

  • The last app was meh but this one is worse

    This app really just compliments their terrible customer service. Luckily I had automatic bill pay setup already but now I have no way of accessing how my current payoff or anything. I can’t even get past the login screen. I wrote apps that work better than this in college. Whoever is in charge of designing the app really should be fired. I’m definitely switching loan companies the first chance I get
