Why bother changing apps??
App is just terrible. I have received neither a confirmation text nor email and the app has not updated to reflect my most recent payment. App also has not approved/confirmed my account’s access.
As the title states, why bother changing the app? The previous one worked much better and I didn’t have to wonder if my payment went through or not.

Inconvenience
I made a payment online and didn’t receive a confirmation email. I did however receive a confirmation text. But when you click on the link to see your “receipt” it shows a payment date from last month with no actual indication of the payment I just made. No payment confirmation email, profile isn’t instantly updated to reflect payment, and payment isn’t immediately withdrawn from bank account. I’m relying on a text message that has an incorrect receipt as my payment confirmation.
I’m also still waiting for my access to be approved for the app. It’s been a little over 2 weeks.Show lessAwedanica
No payment receipt, confirmation, or history
I agree with all other reviews so far, the app is accessible but not transparent. There isn’t a page or directory to review previous payments. An additional issue is that once a payment has been processed there is no confirmation. After following the steps to complete a payment, the website redirects you back to the payment method. This is confusing. I would not be surprised if customers using this service will consider refinancing to another lender or switching to a different service due to this app’s restricted accessibility.Show lessGamer tool
Im gonna cry this app is so bad
I had to download this god awful app just to make payments- no other options- driveway corps website would not work on desktop. Finally managed to make my account and enter my banking info and schedule payments. Get a text alert that it worked- close the app- come back to it——— it asks to me to sign in again and says i’ll get an email when im approved to “join the app” what on gods green earth did i just enter my banking info into then?Show lessthe Sn@ke
Frustrated
I wish I could give this app 0 stars honestly. I think the previous app was much more efficient because you were able to log in quickly. Also, whenever you would make a payment, it would put the receipts and send you confirmation through text and email and now it doesn’t do that. How annoying. Honestly the old app was a lot better to make payments and logging in. I loved that the old app would give me receipts once I made a payment and would send me an email and text now this time around I don’t even know if the payment went through because it redirects me to the payment screen which I do not enjoy before it had its own section where it would keep track and made life so much easier with the payments. I also don’t enjoy logging in there’s always a problem hopefully they can fix this new app. I just wish they kept the old one, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it! Confirmation email?
With the old DFC app it would immediately send a confirmation of payment email even if the payment wasn’t posted to your bank yet however when I made a payment with this app after it said the payment was sent it sent me back to the “select payment” screen which confused me. Since I didn’t get a confirmation email I assumed the payment didn’t go through so I went ahead and tried to send the payment through again. Luckily the app warned me I had already made a payment “in the last 12 hours” but no where else does the app acknowledge that I sent a payment through. Hope this gets fixed :(Show lessPop or lock it
Worst app
Can’t even login. Login process doesn’t work and keeps telling me to logout. Literally uselessd27green
